Cusco to Machu Picchu - Day 1
Cusco - Our Starting Point! Before beginning the tour, travelers will be picked up early in the morning (6:00 am). We will then travel in our private transport from Cusco to Ollantaytambo, a journey that takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Ollantaytambo - Upon arrival in Ollantaytambo, where the train station is located, we will board the train to Aguas Calientes, our next stop, on a journey of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Aguas Calientes - Welcome to the town of Aguas Calientes! After checking in at the hotel, the rest of the day is free. Enjoy everything the town has to offer, such as the thermal waters for a relaxing break and excellent food. We will spend the night in the town. Tomorrow, we will embark on our journey to the Citadel of Machu Picchu.
Machu Picchu Tour - Day 2
Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu - Welcome, travelers, to the stunning Citadel of Machu Picchu! Today, we will start by taking the bus to the Citadel of Machu Picchu. The bus ride takes 30 minutes, and our average stay in Machu Picchu will be about 3 hours. This tour is designed to explore one of the most magnificent wonders of the world. Immerse yourself in the mystical ambiance, enjoy the journey, capture stunning photos, and experience an atmosphere that will surely leave you breathless. Afterward, we will return to Aguas Calientes for lunch and then head back to Cusco. Entrance to Machu Picchu is included in this package.
Ollantaytambo - After lunch in Aguas Calientes, we will take the return train to Ollantaytambo, a journey of 1 hour and 40 minutes. Upon arrival, our driver will be ready to take us back to Cusco in our private transportation, ensuring a quick and secure journey of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes back to your hotel.
Cusco - At the end of the day, we will arrive in Cusco at approximately 8 pm. We hope you have enjoyed this journey from start to finish. Happy travels!
