Absolutely phenomenal... - Absolutely phenomenal experience. Riste was right on time, picking us up from the Alba train station. Car was new and clean and he was beyond friendly and personable, speaking great English. Took us to 2 incredible wineries around Alba and booked us a lunch at a sensational restaurant. Could not recommend this experience enough. Thank you again Riste, made our trip!

Awesome Experience - Phenomenal experience, visited wineries both in barolo and barbaresco regions. Tours of the wineries were top notch and our guides were both knowledgeable and passionate. Riste was a wonderful guide and sommelier during our tour and was very personable. Very easy to meet up/drop off where we needed to be, and we had a wonderful choice of lunch options thanks to him. He ended up choosing a beautiful osteria for us in one of the small villages in the barbaresco region and both the food and views were out of this world. Ended up buying and shipping home a case of wine between the two wineries. Would very much recommend the tour to anyone interested in wines in this stunning part of the world!

Private and Authentic wine experience - Riste was the best guide giving us expert information on the wines, food, and history of the region. We experienced travel delays and he was so kind as to offer us a ride all the back to Turino! He went above and beyond to insure our experience was personal and exceptional. Riste even booked us a delicious lunch at a small restaurant that offered gluten free options as I am celiac. 10000/10. Riste is the best!

Excellent wine tour of Langhe region - A very good tour guide with lots of information, enthusiasm and knowledge. He is very easy to get along with and comfortable to be around. The experience was so full of lots of interesting information and some really nice local family run vineyards and wine businesses with history and great wines to taste! Our guide was also very good with the English language and translating things for us although the vineyard guides and families also spoke English. We would definitely have this guide and these tours again. Tasting some beautiful wines and meeting great people at the vineyards. The price of the tour is good and you get a lot for the price. Excellent service and tours.

Lovely outing in Langhe - This was a lovely experience. We went to two smaller wineries, one of which is entirely family-operated. Everyone was particularly friendly and knowledgeable. The guide Riste was particularly knowledgeable and had a good relationship with the wineries where we went. It was very easy to take the train here from Torino (just need a brief transfer if leaving from Porta Nuova but direct from the other two stations). This is great for solo travel or even a small group, and Riste knows the area well and can make plenty of recommendations. I also appreciated his responsiveness / communication as a first-time visitor and solo traveler.

Amazing Day in the Langhe Wine Region! - We arrived in Alba late on a Saturday and decided last minute to book a tour for the next day. Riste with Wine Invasion was very quick to respond to our request and immediately called around to make appointments for Sunday tours. He picked us up near our hotel in a very comfortable and immaculate car. Not only does he know a lot about wines, but he also shared some great history and facts about the surrounding areas on our drive. We visited two family owned wineries and had very informative tours before our private tastings. It was a memorable way to learn about the local vineyards and the people who run them. In between our tours he booked us at a delicious restaurant in Neive. We highly recommend Riste and would absolutely book with him again!

Wonderful day in the Langhe - I travelled in early September with a friend who was passionate about Italian wines. We booked the Wine Invasion experience a few days in advance, but despite this Riste was able to arrange a wonderful day. We tasted many wines, met the people who produce them and learned a lot about the Langhe. Riste is a very kind person. polite and prepared. He will answer all your questions about the world of wine.
