Glad we went - We thoroughly enjoyed the views from along the lake. Some key explanations of sights were given but mostly we were left to enjoy the ride.

Great Coniston boat trip - Only four passengers on our trip but the Staff still made every effort to make it memorable with great information about the Lake and surrounding area even though the weather was awful. So sorry not to recall their names but the young lady Captaining the vessel and very knowledgeable Gentleman made it special. Highly recommend.

Worthwhile trip. Informative guide. - A lovely, informative trip on an old fashioned launch in a stunning part of the world. The guide was most informative and amusing and, in spite of dreadful weather, we really enjoyed our trip.

Lovely hour - Great trip around the lake with just the right amount of commentary. The boat was quite busy so had to sit inside but there was still a good view. We booked general tickets at the tourist information centre in Conniston which is a bit cheaper than buying at the boat. If you know what time cruise you want book on line as you get priority boarding

The Most Perfect Day! - We had a lovely trip on the yellow route cruise. We decided to hop off at Brantwood where you will find a lovely cafe up the stairs overlooking Coniston waters. It was beautiful. After an hour we waited for the red route cruise to take us back and they were kind enough to let us stay on so we could hop off at the first stop (Torver) We then walked back from there. It was a lovely walk back with our dog. Highly recommend a day here. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Lovely in good weather. - We had lovely weather and enjoyed our trip as Lake Coniston is gorgeous. Be aware though the boat in the picture is not used for yellow route and has less outdoor seating. The commentary is minimal.

1 hour boat trip - The Boat was small and crowded. not much outdoor seating. Far too many dogs on board. Other than that the crew were friendly and gave a good guided tour

Shame about the weather. - There had been so much rain that the lake was too high for the boats to operate. However I would like to commend the company for letting me know, moving the booking and then refunding the money easily.
