Slim Pickings, But Still a Great Experience - We had a great experience on our swim tour. We only ended up seeing one manatee, but it wasn't for lack of trying. It was the end of the season, so the manatees had already moved out into the Gulf, but the crew went all out to find one for us. Captain Steve and Molly, our swim guide, were fantastic. Molly was very patient and kind with me as I struggled some in the water. The office staff was very helpful also. Highly recommended.

Fantastic time - My great grandson had the time of his life. Casey was a fantastic guide and the captin was very accomadating, keeping my Mom and I warm with hot coffee as we waited. We are planning a trip again next spring!

Waterfront Adventures; Swimming with the Manatees - Today was a fun adventure with manitees and their babies. I've never worn a west suit or gone snorkeling. They were very helpful, patient and explained everything that was going to happen before it happened. My mom was scared to get in and the caption was so calm, kind and talked her through getting in, which she did! The coffee, cocoa and snacks were a great touch. They took great photos and guided each of us around where the manatees were so we each had gone work them. Would highly recommend doing this with this company

Super experience - This snorkel tour lived up to its description. Mind blowingly cool to get up close to manatees just hanging out and waking up early morning. We went in at sunrise due to the earlier post-daylight-savings time change, and we got to experience sleeping giants and several friendly and curious pups. Sarah was an excellent guide and Chaz got us to our destination and back safely. Thanks Paddletail Waterfront team!

Amazing time swimming with the manatees! - The trip was amazing! Our guide and captain were so knowledgable and fun. They took great pictures and videos of us with the manatees. We went on the 6:45am tour and it was so worth it! The sunrise on the trip out was spectacular, we got there before the other boats and had the manatees all to ourselves for a little while. They were very active at that time and there were lot of them still in the bay. Bucket list excursion!

It was great!!! - Many, many thanks to Ross for the great day! We loved snorkeling with the Manatees. And our guide Ross was just great. We really liked that we were only a small group of 6 people. I miss those cute manatees already. We would definitely come back!

A once in a lifetime experience that left us awe struck. - We went on a 50 degree day, they suited us up with wetsuits, had us watch a brief video on manatee manners, then we were off to the boat. Sara our swim guide and Chaz our boat captain were amazing. The were familiar with the waters and the best spots, and you could feel their passion for manatees and protecting them. We saw 2 springs, a short swim apart from each other, the water was a warm 72 degrees and comfortable with the wetsuits on. We saw 3-5 manatees in the first spring and left because a tagged/research manatee settled there and we weren’t supposed to disturb him. And at the second location the water was clearer and we saw 10! They were resting so we watched from a distance, then went back to the first location since the tagged manatee had left. When we got back to the boat Chaz helped us up, and had towels and hot chocolate/coffee waiting. On the way back they talked more about conservation efforts. At the office we changed back into our clothes and were seated to watch a slideshow with pictures and videos that Sara took, and we paid for the photo package so we got a tiny manatee shaped flash drive with the slide show on it. It was an incredible experience, I can’t wait to come back again, I’ll definitely request Chaz and Sara again. Well worth the 17 hour drive from CT!
