The seats in the Clear Kayak’s are not comfortable enough to be sitting in for 3 hours. For non experienced kayakers, we only lasted an hour before turning back. Jen was super nice and answered all the questions I had. Not sure of the name of the guy who was at the dock, but he was patient with us and very helpful when we came back earlier than anticipated. He even had recommendations for our next trip.

Staff not personable when getting kayaks and when bringing kayaks back. For example, ignored us when we asked where to dock, not explaining where shoes go until we asked, failed to even greet us upon arrival (immediately into “what do you have”).

There were no manatees, and water was unclear except in 3 sister springs, a tiny area. The guy in the renting place was rude; he talked to us like he was doing us a favor, not that we paid 400 dollars for the kayaks; the ladies were fine. not good experience for that amount of money

The clear kayak was not really a kayak. It was more of a tiny clear canoe with some cheap seats. So uncomfortable and expensive. The area was nice but def avoid the clear kayak!
