Great family experience, super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Disappointed- we thought we had booked a tour, but it ended up being a rental only even though email stated included a Guide. Staff were very nice and the directions to the manatee area did not require a guide. Next issue we had rented a clear kayak which has always been a clear one all sides and bottom. They are converting to kayaks with a clear bottom only and we really couldn't see out the bottom. These Kayaks were extremely uncomfortable, no back rest, in fact the very low back had areas that jabbed into your hips. hard plastic bottoms. the tandem had no leg room in the back. We did see alot of manatees, but there were at least 30 other Kayaks in a small area and about 8 tour boats with probably 60 or more people snorkeling. The area with the Manatees is roped off to protect the large number of manatees and everyone was fighting for a front row spot to see them. If we had known about the clear Kayaks we could have booked a regular tandem kayak with backrest instead of the much more expensive clear bottom kayak. We ended up cutting our 3 hr rental to about 1 and half hours because it was so uncomfortable

Website shows a clear kayak for 2 at 115 I booked that and when I got there we got a regular kayak with the bottom replaced with plexiglass Given we saw other companies with clear ones that you could see on the sides I m going to request a refund for the difference very misleading the kids that work there act as if they don’t know what is going on Will not use again
