The driver was wonderful and very entertaining. I appreciated not being rushed but we only got to 3 of the 5 wineries that are listed on the tour details on your website. We could have spent less time at each spot to make it to others. The one we really wanted to go to we didn’t get to. The trolley also broke down. We didn’t wait too long for a shuttle but that definitely was not ideal.

We received an email the day before stating that we would go to more places since it was a small group

Our group went on Saturday. The tour guide showed up after 12pm when the tour was supposed to start and it wasn’t even a trolley as advertised it was a mini shuttle bus. We would not have signed up if we knew it was a little bus, we did it for the sole purpose of a trolley experience. We tired to call our driver twice before 12pm and neither time did he answer. It was also awkward to go into the wineries and have a good time and then have your driver come and sit in the place eating and such. Like were we paying for him to go enjoy the different stops? We would love a partial refund for our experience and most of all, because it was not as advertised with the trolley it was a little bus. We could have and should have just drove our own car to the different destinations and saved the $60 a person.
