Andalusian recipes and history - Barbara provided a wonderful experience. She gave us the history of the food we were making and led us through all the steps to make two dishes. The ingredients were fresh and local. The dishes were delicious! And we sipped wine as we made the wonderful local recipes.

Great Cooking Class - Adrian was a great instructor and walked us through both dishes at our own pace. Cooking with our glass of wine made us feel at home. He answered our questions and patiently taught us how and why to clean fresh artichokes We left with full bellies and new confidence in our ability to make these two traditional Cordoba dishes for our friends when we returned to Canada. Great way to experience the gastronomy of Cordoba

Happy Cook - The chef/Barbara went out of her way to make this a positive experience. I was impressed that it was all hands on and not just oberving the preparation and cooking. It was a very clean area and supplies. The end results of ghe 2 dishes was wonderful. We really used saffron in the paella!

Cooking local cuisine was fun - While in Cordoba I had seen Salmorejo on menus but I didn’t know what it was or how to make it, so this cooking class seemed like the perfect opportunity to find out. The instructor Barbara was helpful and efficient. She contacted me the day before to confirm meeting arrangements. The class was small with four people. Barbara was very organised. We had the opportunity to sample some local wines during the class which was interesting. We made seafood paella and salmorejo which we then ate. Good fun.
