Beautiful but could be better organized - Great to learn about the history of each place! Alcázar was cool and the cathedral was gorgeous. Only complaint was the wasted time spent breaking up the original group, waiting for another group to join, the next part and then the long break and waiting to join with another group. Time would be better spent if it was the same group and guide going to all three places

Must do tour, but bring your own headphones. - Christina was an excellent tour guide who was a great storyteller and talked for a whopping 4 hours about the sites. Unfortunately, the headsets the tour company uses are garbage and to listen to her through them hurt our ears; it was tinny and staticky. I would recommend bringing your own headphones. We had to have our first ones replaced mid tour but even the second ones were bad and we just tried to stay close to her to hear her.

Disappointed - We enjoyed the Mosque very much but we did not get to see the Alcazar or the Cathedral, as we paid for. The guide was super as she explained all the history etc.

Disappointing - Considering the price we paid, we expected to be in a smaller group. You expect 27 people on the free tours, but not on an organised more expensive tour. On the day we were on the tour, we could not visit the Alcazar due to the poor weather and instead the guide filled in with a visit to the Patios gardens. He was filling in gaps, so it became rather monotonous. We accept this was a last minute change and out of the control of the tour company. The mosque cathedral, whilst very beautiful was just too busy to really enjoy. The managers of the Mosque Cathedral should do as is done in Granada at the Alhambra and restrict numbers to lower levels. We also could not get into the main part of the cathedral due to a national holiday event and this should have been taken into account by the tour company. The guide was adequate, but not as good as some others that we have had on other tours. His English was ok, but we had to listen really carefully to pick out the words. Overall we came away disappointed after spending to much on this tour.
