- Cliffs of Moher - Enjoy some free time at the Cliffs of Moher - among some of the highest sea cliffs in Europe.
- The Burren - From the Cliffs of Moher, we take the coast road for much of the way to Galway, with time for photos along The Burren. This is a national park and the word Burren comes from the Irish Language and means

rocky place
-. It is a unique lunar landscape of limestone. Today the Burren is noted for its diverse flora with few parallels elsewhere in Ireland or, indeed, Europe. As time permits, we will make a short stop here for photographs. - Eyre Square - Traffic dependent, there will be some free time upon your arrival in Galway to get some dinner and look at some shops, etc.

Phenominal trip to the Cliffs and more - An enjoyable train ride to Limerick, where my wife and I penned a few of our own, “there once was a man from Nantucket”….Well you get the gist. From there off to Bunratty castle for a guided tour, followed by The celebrated Cliffs of Moher. They were stunning. We finished up with a surreal drive through the Burren and chilled in Galway before heading home. It was an awesome yet long day, but John our guide took great care to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. He was awesome and helped make our trip that much better

Great Experience - Peter was our guide and did a splendid job with the tour. He mixes in historical facts and funny anecdotes. We had a wonderful experience at each of the sites and appreciated having plenty of time to view each location. We would not have had such a good experience planning the tour ourselves.

Best way to see Ireland! - Ease of traveling by train was a major bonus. We were able to relax, see the countryside, walk freely about the train, snack service was available and had access to a bathroom. Significantly more comfortable and enjoyable than being packed on a tour bus.
Peter, our guide, ensured that everyone was taken care of throughout the day.
The Cliffs of Moher are a must see!
Best way take a day trip to see Ireland.

Fun, relaxing, informative - We had the absolute best day. Peter, our “guide” was just brilliant. Quick with his knowledge and even quicker with his funny wit. Although his Tractor joke might need a bit of a polishing 🤣.
We will definitely be back as it was brilliant from start to finish.

Great trip, but it's a loooooong day - Trains were all on time, but it was a lot. I would have spent less time at the castle, but overall good experience. Our guide was amazing!

Unbelievable opportunity to know Ireland by train - It was an incredible experience!
Just being able to enjoy the landscapes and architecture from trains and buses was amazing.
Thanks to John MacDonald for his guiding and to Michael for driving us on the bus

Sit back, relax, and let Railtours do all the work! - I visited the Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty Castle and The Burren with Railtours Ireland last month and had a great time! The weather was absolutely beautiful which made the cliffs stand out spectacularly! The tour was well-organised, had a clear itinerary and was very efficient - seeing all these sights in only one day was perfect for me! The train was very comfortable both there and back, I HIGHLY recommend this tour and this company! 😍

This tour is worth it - This is a very very very long day trip from Dublin. But I'm from the US and all of my friends wanted to to this. The tour was week organized and we had plenty of free time. We also got all the pictures we wanted without having to drive anywhere. This package was fantastic.
