First time in Ireland 8/2024 - This excursion was all that it promised and more, it’s a lot in one day but if you’re trying to see Northern Ireland definitely worth it! Our driver and guide Natasha kept us entertained and on time!

Incredible Irish trip—can’t miss - Beautiful sweeping vistas, castle ruins, geological wonders, absolutely fascinating side tour in Belfast relating to the “Troubles” that is a MUST, but the very best part was JONATHAN! Our star bus driver, who was kind, fun, and had a gorgeous singing voice!

Spectacular Views - A great tour to see and learn about Ireland. Amazing views! Great landscape. Long day but worth it. Our guide/driver (sorry can’t remember her name) was very knowledgeable and friendly as well as accommodating us when we wanted to do the optional black taxi tour. She made sure to organize pick up and drop off. She happened to be working by herself that day as the tour partner did not make it. Long day but overall worth it!

A grand day out! - My Australian born teenager and I headed off on a day trip together to Northern Ireland. Irish born in the 70's myself I'd never been to see the legendary giants causeway or into Belfast. Our tour guide Jonathan met us all promptly in Dublin City early and we headed north. A wee bit of Irish history was explained to us all by Jonathan onboard the coach. First destination was the Giants causeway, a lovely walk down to meet the sea rolling onto the basalt rock formations, a lot of tourists about. We didn't visit the tourist information ctr here and the public loos were dreadful. Back onboard and off to lunch, a nice little pub Fullerton Arms serving warm food- Guinness meat pie and a Pint of Guinness!-Pricey enough for lunch to be honest. A quick stop to see a Game of Thrones film location, then heading towards Belfast city a few Irish ballads sung to us from our tour guide as we drove past castle ruins and some photos of the North Sea. We all had an opportunity to do a quick side tour at own expense, to do a 'Troubles Tour' I'll call it. A few of us taking this opportunity hoping into a black cabbie on arrival In Belfast. Our local born taxis driver Tom taking us to Union Jack decorated Shankill Road, The Troubles remembrance murals and the biggest of the Peace walls in the city while educating us as we drove around. Dropping us back into the titanic museum for our pre booked visit. The Titanic museum was also terrific, very modern, clean & warm. Departing Belfast past the yellow H&W giant ship cranes heading back down south listening to Irish music. We squeezed so much into this day returning back into Dublin City later in the evening. Our coach was a bit old & rickety and perhaps could be upgraded to one of the newer style coaches for this long journey, Having said that, we got there and back in great time. We enjoyed this trip to Northern Ireland... ✅done.

Best tour experience in Ireland - Loved our tour guide! Hilarious, friendly, safe, accommodating and personable. The bus was the most comfortable tour bus we had over all three that we took during our stay. Loved the itinerary! This itinerary for the price can’t be beat. Would have given 5 stars but was very disappointed with our lunch stop. The staff seemed bothered and slow to have our business. This made us 15 mins late to our Titanic appointment. Thankful to have had our hard working tour guide help ensure we were able to keep our appointment with the museum.

i’d pick a different tour guide - this tour was genuinely terrible. our guide was 25 mins late picking us up. the bus was so small the guy next to me had to sit sideways because there was no room for his legs. it was incrediblly uncomfortable. while she was kind and nice, she shouldn’t be a tour guide. she was as soft spoken so we couldn’t hear her and we had to consistently ask her to speak up. she didn’t let us know what time to be back and didn’t provide a lot of guidance on the tour. our bus stopped working and we had to take two separate buses, one of which was sweltering hot. the last bus was nice but there were no outlets and two peoples phones died. she also cancelled a part of the tour that i was really looking forward to without asking the group the tour itself is disjointed. it seems silly to spend 2 hours in a museum without spending any amount of time in belfast. i had never been before and i feel like i missed out on experiencing the tour. overall, giants causeway was stunning but i would use another tour. i was really disappointed l.

Great place to go, worst tour guide I ever had - I booked a GL tour that was working with Irish Day company. It was not mentioned to me that the company name would be another one for the trip - however, this was an GL issue. The thing is that the irish day tour had a meeting point at 6.30, requested to be there 6.20. I was early, 6.10, but the tour guide arrived at 7 without any explanation - her name was Natasha. It was the worst tour I have taken, the guide was a terrible driver and guide. She confused the way, mentioned things about historic places without indication of which building she was talking about. Tour indications were awful in all places/stops, but, in the giants causeway her indications were so poor that people didnt get how to start the way (recommendation: if you have mobility issues, there is a bus you can take. It was not mentioned by the guide who knew there were 2 people with mobility issues that almost stayed there, without going to the causway itself because lack of information! The guide knew spanish, and even though there were 2 people that only spoke spanish - no english- she did not tell them the indication in any tour-stop!!! it was awful!!! I spoke to them and explained them everything, cause the tour didnt care at all. I do not recomend this tour company , and even more, this tour guide. Terrible, and very very awful driver! she should know people should be alive at the end of the tour as well.
