Landscapes and history of Northern Ireland - It was a tour of several hours but it was worth it to see the landscape that the Giant's Causeway offers and visit the city of Belfast for all the history it contains. Anabel was our guide and with her explanations and friendliness she made it happen. Thank you Anabel.

great views - We made the visit with Salvador. Good driver and best guide, many explanations. The problem is time, little time to see the road and Belfast.

Good excursion - Although due to the inclement weather we were unable to see the Causeway, the company was at our disposal, they were understanding and compensated us by giving us more time in Belfast and showing us another small town. It was a great choice for both the tour and the company.

Bad time management - We had just done a previous tour with Salvador and had high expectations, but we found ourselves with an excursion with poorly managed times and a guide who did not provide much information about what we were seeing, about the context or about Ireland in general; What little he counted seemed like he didn't know it. As for time, it does not seem logical that we spend eight hours on the bus and that we only have one hour to enjoy the great stop (the great attraction) such as the Cañzada del Gigante. On the other hand, they let you spend two and a half hours in Belfast, which is a city that hardly has anything to see since you are not allowed to enter the Titanic museum due to the tour management (it is far from the center, where they leave you free hours) ; We would recommend that the timing of the stops be done differently and that since you stop first thing in the morning to buy food, you avoid stopping to eat in Belfast and visiting the museum or returning to Dublin before. Both the guide and the driver were always very friendly and pleasant.

It's not a tour. It's practically just transportation - They sold it to me as a guided tour. There is nothing guided about it. The driver who is supposed to be a guide. He just keeps talking in the truck that he knows everything. The legend of the giant's causeway took it out of his sleeve. When you get off the bus he doesn't accompany you to give you the tour. He stays in the truck. The tour is too strict. He has the rules for everything

Fatal - We booked a tour in Spanish and the day before they canceled it. We had to take the tour in Italian. The guide, more than a guide, was a driver, he did not explain anything, he did not inform you and he did not accompany you, he left you to your fate. He continually stopped to smoke. I don't create a group atmosphere.

Civitatis and Belfast - Very small and uncomfortable bus. Guide driver with very basic explanations Castle seen in the distance Giants Causeway without any information about the natural environment or option to hire a guide from the interpretation center Belfast passes by the Troubles neighborhood without the possibility of seeing or photographing the murals You do not visit the Titanic Museum In short, it is a totally wasted bus trip.

Be careful because they do not check the weather conditions... - On January 17 we had contracted with them the excursion of the Giant's Causeway, when we had already been on the bus since 7:30, in the snow... At 12:00 the driver receives a call and tells us that we cannot continue because the causeway is closed. He tells us that he has to stop because the bus's tachograph forced him to stop. We stopped for half an hour in the town of Bushmills, which had nothing more than a supermarket and an open bar.... Then we took the bus again for two hours to go back to Belfast, where we were told that instead of being 1 .5h we were going to stay 3h, in the group most of us said no, but we had to stay since of the 20 that went, 4 people said that they wanted to stay. The day was a waste of time in that we spent the whole day on a bus to spend half an hour in a lost town, as I say why did we have to stop for the tachograph, and in Belfast we arrived at 2:22 p.m. and left at 5:15 p.m. h... Which honestly does not seem to me to be the main attraction of this activity. I understand that when you are a provider of an excursion to a place that is not exactly close to Dublin, you make sure daily of the weather and that the activity can be carried out... you do not let 20 people get on a bus without knowing if they are going to to be able to do the excursion. Since the snow that there was was not just a little while... it was from having snowed all night... When the call to the driver occurs, I send a Whatsapp to a mobile phone that the agency has on its website, which until now they had always answered to give me information about excursions, but they have not yet responded to this issue... 19 January... That's their way of proceeding. As the activity was contracted by Civitatis we have contacted them and what the excursion provider claims to reimburse us for only 50% of the excursion is that they have stopped us to compensate at Bushmills, which is uncertain since it stops there. by the bus tachograph and they increase the time in Belfast by their decision... When it should have been the other way around, they ask us if we want to stay longer, not impose it on us to use it as an allegation for not refunding 100%...
