Great experience! - Our tour guide Carson was amazing! Not only was he knowledgeable, but his passion and interest in wine definitely showed. He was also very courteous and professional, helping us all on and off the van at every stop. Overall great, the only negative being that the wine was not included as it has been on other wine tours I have done.

Great experience - Amazing experience. Knowledgable tour guide. Could have been 3 instead 4 vineyards as everyone was tired by the time we got to the last vineyard.

Book this tour with Candy! - We had an absolute blast on this tour. My husband and myself (both Sr's), another couple (a bit younger) and three girls in their early 20's. It was quite a group but it worked out well. Candy was an absolutely fantastic host. She kept us on schedule, was personable and had the personality needed for this type of tour and for our group. She was warm and welcoming and we felt like we made a new friend by the time the tour was over. I would highly recommend this tour with Candy!

Sedona Wine Tour Nov 25 - The day was wonderful. Our guide Candy was funny and very knowledgeable about the area, the wineries and many of the wines themselves. She really encouraged the group to have fun and enjoy the day!

An excellent day. Wonderful tour guide and delightful Vineyards. - We had a wonderful time. The experience was right up there with the tours we have taken in Napa. We weren't expecting that level so it was a pleasant surprise. Carson was our guide. A wonderful young man. Very knowledgeable for someone who told us he hasn't been doing it for long. Pleasant and courteous and a lovely sense of humor. We will highly recommend Bliss tours to our friends heading this way.

A overpriced uber - The van was super clean and nice. Your booking basically gives you an expensive uber, water, and a cheap lunch. The wines were insanely expensive. Our 2nd stop could have been skipped- it was a winery in a strip mall environment. Our tour director was kind and thorough, however, after our tour he demanded a tip from us. I understand the wine scene is new for AZ, however, the prices were astronomical and predatory. At one winery, a bottle of wine was $60. The tastings were all $18-25 a piece. Also, when providing a service, either include the tip in the booking price or understand that a tip is not a guarantee AND there are ways to ask/encourage tipping without bulldozing your guests and cornering them.

Bad experience - Bliss Tiurs had to cancel because their vehicle broke down. They told me to contact Viator to request a refund. The email I had bounced back as not deliverable, and I have yet to receive a refund.
