• Red Dragon Beach Club - Participants will learn how to catch waves and stand from the start, or enhance their skills if they are already familiar with surfing.
  The session begins with a brief warm-up, an overview of essential safety guidelines, and instructions on water conduct.

1. Protection for head and face
2. Proper board carrying techniques
3. Explanation of why diving headfirst is prohibited
4. Awareness of potential currents and their directions
5. Designation of the classroom area
6. Students will be divided among coaches with a 5:1 ratio
7. Explanation of basic paddling and take-off techniques (standing on the board) on the sand for beginners, and advanced techniques for those looking to improve based on their skill level.
   Once in the water, for approximately 60 minutes, participants will practice the movements and techniques in the area of broken waves or foam.
   After the class, everyone will return to the school for a refreshing hot water shower and farewell.

Lufi Surf School is an accredited institution, officially recognized and registered with the Portuguese Surfing Federation, Instituto Português do Desporto, and Turismo de Portugal under registration number 363/2011. It is also a member of the Association of Surf Schools of Portugal. With over a decade of experience in surf instruction, our team of specialized and certified professionals employs suitable methods and materials to guarantee the quality of our lessons and the safety of all activities. Unlike other surf schools, we limit our class sizes to a maximum of five students per coach, ensuring optimal safety and learning conditions.
