Meet our Guides at the blue gated ENTRANCE to Dock/Pantalan/ GATE 3 in the Puerto Colòn Marina 15 minutes before departure time. We do not have an office. In respect to all of our guests the boat leaves on time. Guests that are late do not receive a refund. You DO NOT need to print the ticket.

Totally recommend - Absolutely fabulous trip. Ion, our guide, was so knowledgeable about the local wildlife. We saw lots of pilot whales and learnt lots whilst doing so. Totally recommend this trip.

Unforgettable experience! - Wow what a morning we had with whale watch Tenerife. We were met promptly by our friendly tour host Ion. He gave us a briefing on safety before entering the boat, whilst on board the boat and what we will experience on our trip. He kindly helped my family onto the boat and we were away. Within 10 mins we were onto a pod of pilot whales. Ion shared some interesting facts and knowledge about this particular species. They came incredibly close to boat too. The second part of the journey we were onto some playful Atlantic spotted dolphins who cruise alongside the boat and enjoy surfing the waves. There was loads of them. Was amazing. Then on return leg we stopped to see a couple of other pilot whales. Tenerife whale watch are extremely good at what they do and really care about these species and the ocean all in all, stoping a couple of times to pull rubbish and litter from the sea to protect all species. Honestly so glad we spent our money with these guys, can’t recommend them highly enough. Adam and family

Wonderful. - It was a truly magical ride, we saw dozens of whales and as many dolphins, even at close range, and even a sea turtle. Ion, the guide, told us all about these beautiful animals and welcomed us with kindness and great sympathy. Highly recommended also and especially because they have the utmost respect for the animals and their environment.

This tour has many... - This tour has many advantages that others don't have. It leaves when there is still parking available at the port. With a very fast boat and good connections with other boaters, you have the best chance of observing the animals. We got everything we wanted and more. Thank you very much!

A great whale-watching experience with a wonderful guide. - John was a great guide (and RIB pilot) with great knowledge and enthusiasm about the cetaceans. We saw lots of pilot whales and bottlenose dolphins, some very close. It was a great experience and very moving to be so close to wild animals that chose to come up to us in the RIB. I’ve been on trips in NZ and Patagonia to see bigger whales, but this was the best. On the practical side, going on the 9:30 trip also meant it was easy to park in the marina carpark.

Decevant - Total disappointment, very far from the reviews read here I do not understand the positive reviews. Maybe I didn’t fall well, but I was frankly disappointed. The excursion was announced for 2h, it lasted only 1h25. This is too short, especially considering the fare much higher than DE other boats (it’s triple!), which offer DE longer trips (DE 3h) We had only one DE gui on board (whereas other comments talk about two), and everything went quickly: a few dolphins sighted quickly, then back in port, without really wanting to prolong the observation or explore further. The boat is okay, but the three-way seats are uncomfortable, I pity the person stuck in the middle. The only good thing is the collection of floating waste during the journey. That’s a good thing, the ocean deserves to be protected. EN contrast, the communication was the most disappointing point. From the very beginning, we were made to understand that in the event DE delay, no refund or deferral would be possible. And when they are told that the duration DE the excursion does not correspond to what is promised, we are told dryly that it does, when it is factually false. This trip gives a real feeling of excursion “to the chain”, with a clear priority: money before experience. Sad observation when we see the sincere wonder on the faces of the passengers of the other boats, who seemed to have lived a real magic moment... which unfortunately I did not feel here.
