Super - Beautiful tour with nice people. Great guides. Mario and Miguel. It was fun. We've seen some whales.

Great experience - Wonderful experience. Very respectful of the whales, dolphins and sea turtles. Very knowledgeable, and also helped me when I received a sting to my arm whilst swimming in the sea. Would definitely recommend anyone to come on this trip.

Spectacular - Today was an unforgettable day, spectacular day.. I loved the boat as it is quite stable and gave me security. The captain and the super friendly and friendly sailors, were very attentive at all times... we saw dolphins and it was magical... the silence on the high seas, the go and see of the waves... the smell of saltpeter, the bath in that crystal clear water and that immense sea that reminds me how lucky I am to have it so close, made the day a perfect day. Thank you...we will repeat for sure...👍 100 percent recommended with them always.

Great whale watching experience - Mario and. Alex were fantastic. Entertaining and ensured that we had fun and were able to see the whales and the dolphins. Very enjoyable journey with them.

Amazing experience - Amazing, amazing experience ! The staff were polite , fun , professional and organised . They took the trouble to look after us so well every moment of the trip from the drinks and food to making sure we spotted loads of whales and dolphins . Really recommend this !

Great experience - Great experience, the staff on board were super friendly and we could see dolphins and whales it was amazing!

Ruined day, wouldn’t let us on bus, VERY rude and aggressive driver. *BEWARE* - Total disappointment and SCAM. *Beware*. We booked this trip with the Tui Blue staff at TUI Los Gigantes Hotel a week in advance. This was suppose to be a special treat for our anniversary at nearly 180 euros for the both of us. Promised a catamaran trip for only 12 people. When we got to get on the bus at 8.45 the driver was late. Arrived at 9.00, he then said very rudely ‘the tour is full to many people, I can only take 12 people and there is 15 of you’. We tried to show him our tickets but he got very rude and aggressive in our face and other guests. Making my wife feel unwell. The very rude bus driver even was so rude to the TUI rep that tried to help. The driver refused to check everyone’s tickets and refused to listen. Never met such a rude person in my life. Some people got on bus before us and he then said he had 12 and drove off. Me and my wife plus other couple were left upset. Tui said it’s defiantly White Tenerife fault as it’s impossible to ‘over book’ so why did driver let those other people on bus and not us? We have received no apology or email from White Tenerife about this, no compensation, nothing at all! Our day was ruined! Thanks for this to this very rude and awful company. I feel sorry for the Tui rep also who has to deal with such unprofessional people.
