The collaboration with the ACARBIO Amalfi Coast Biosphere Reserve Association was born with the aim of promoting Tramonti, its landscape, its history and its countless traditions. The tour will begin with a visit to the terraces, where RE FIASCONE is produced, and then end with the incredible tasting of tomato (zero acidity), tomato-based products, combined with a good local wine.

• RE FIASCONE TOMATO TASTING

This tasting experience is distinctive and offers a journey through the history and traditions of our region.

The concept was developed in collaboration with the ACARBIO Amalfi Coast Biosphere Reserve Association, which aims to elevate the Amalfi Coast to this significant recognition. The Amalfi Coast is a unique area, and in 1997, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site for this reason.

Its landscape, history, numerous traditions, and diverse culture require constant protection due to their uniqueness and fragility.

During the ACARBIO aperitif, you will have the opportunity to sample various dishes featuring the ancient Re Fiascone tomato, paired with local wines.

The morning starts with a visit to the terraces where the Re Fiascone is cultivated. At the end of the tour, you can savor this incredible tomato (with zero acidity) on homemade bread bruschetta, either on its own or accompanied by a fine local wine.
