Highly recommend - We hired electric bikes on a whim, turned up without a booking and the staff had plenty of time for us, ensuring the bike size they had left was suitable for me (smallest bike size was medium that wasn’t hired out already). I haven’t been on a bike for about 15 years so was a little apprehensive. We were given two route options to choose from that we could use if we wanted to which was a lovely touch. We were also provided a bike lock, a phone holder, an inner tube and a tyre pump. Electric legs closed for a couple of hours during the day but ensured we had a mobile contact number for them in case we needed them. We cycled about 20 miles and the battery hardly went down, bike was easy to use and the battery functions were explained before we left. Would highly recommend!
