Excellent tour with an excellent guide! - Sean was a fantastic guide for this tour around Cork and Kinsale! His knowledge of the area's history shined through in his engaging introduction to each stop we visited, as well as in his answers to more general questions about the local architecture and culture. The stops he selected for the tour showcased his experience as well. We saw several popular locations in Cork and the area around Kinsale, as well as Kinsale itself. Two unexpected stops were the 9/11 Remembrance Garden and the monument to the sinking of the Lusitania, neither of which we'd heard about prior to arriving in Cork but both of which we're very glad we saw. The tour is efficiently paced with plenty of stops for photos or to stretch your legs before moving on. If you're looking for a tour that will give you a good overview of what the area of Cork and Kinsale have to offer, this is the one to take!

Best tour of our trip! - Sean was an excellent tour guide, he was very knowledgeable of local history and especially knowledgeable of details of the war of independence and the Irish Civil War. He was friendly, accommodating, and it was a pleasure to enjoy the tour with him as a guide. I highly recommend choosing him for at least one good reason, he has excellent musical taste!! The Kinsale 9/11 Garden of Remembrance was especially moving, as we visited it on 9/11. The views from atop the hill were spectacular!
