Amazing experience - An incredible experience, from start to end, Pablo was wonderful and explained the entire itinerary to us, very friendly and helpful. The places we visited were beautiful, it was very easy to find the meeting points that are well explained in the brochure they provide. The whole family was delighted. I highly recommend it for the experience and it is a very good way to see the most attractive spots in the city without having to organize yourself and especially if you have little time. Thank you!

Thanks Shanel! - First we had a problem because the tickets we bought were sent to a wrong email address. We tried to contact the operator twice but did not get any response. Shanel helped us to solve the problem, found all the necessary pieces of the information and gave us the tickets. She was very nice, understanding and supportive. Thanks a lot, Shanel!

Great bus tour but skip boat option - Great bus tour but confusing where to catch the boat if you do the boat option and no information from the local tour company

Not a very professional company - There are 3 hop on hop off companies in Copenhagen that I saw. This is the only one that didn't stop at our ship terminal. After watching 3 buses go by I finally walked down to the next ship. When I went to get on the bus the driver said he couldn't take an e ticket and I had to change for paper motioning to the 2 young ladies with a long line selling tickets. When I told the young lady she said the driver was new and that he was wrong. She walked me over to the bus, told the driver and he let me on. He did say sorry at least. The bus tour seemed fine and the audio was fine. When I got off for a while and went to get back on there was a huge line. I guess they didn't have enough buses. Had to wait after the first bus stopped for a second bus. The tour again was fine until it was time for the boat portion. The bus driver gave no directions as to which boat company to use and there were no signs. I finally figured it out by looking at the color of the boats on the map. The boat tour was very nice. After getting back on the bus I got off at the little mermaid sculpture. I was ready to return to the ship. When I saw a bus pull up I figured it was going back to the ship so started to board. The driver immediately started yelling at me that he told me it was the wrong bus to go to the ship. I explained he hadn't told me anything and showed me a microphone and said he did. I didn't know what he was talking about but there was no reason for yelling. He told me to goto the top of the hill for the first bus. I went up there and again it was a huge line we had to wait for several buses a long time before getting on. One group almost missed their boarding time. While we were waiting the young representative said the next bus was the last one back to the pier at 4:00pm. That was news to me. They had not told us that before.

Great city, poor bus - Copenhagen is a beautiful city, but this HOHO bus didn't make it feel that way. They appear to have oversold tickets leaving long long lines and long waits foe the three cruise ships. We abandoned the bus and used public transport to get back to our ship.

Not worth it - So much waiting around and then when the bus did arrive it was manic. Pushing a shoving. A lot of waiting around. Buses not frequent enough especially in the summer months when you think they'd put more on due to demand. Not worth it in my opinion. You're better off walking to most places.

This bus absolutely sucks and public transport is a much better option - This bus tour was booked by another member of my family and although I believe these buses are a scam and way too expensive, I went along with it as the ones in London are not nearly as bad as this experience was. As we were on a cruise ship, we were also joined by lots of other cruisers which was the first issue. The drivers were not very welcoming and clearly disinterested in the passengers. We got off at our first stop and walked around for an hour. Upon getting back to the bus stop, we waited for 1/2 hour for another bus! This length of time is ridiculous particularly given the limited time we had in the city. We then took advantage of the boat option we had booked which actually was really solid and a bright spot in an awful day with these buses. After the boat tour was finished, we walked back to the bus stop and saw the bus preparing to leave. We ran to it, a traffic light prevented us from getting across as quickly as we would have liked and although we made it to the bus just as the bus shut the door, we were not allowed on despite there being room to at least stand. For some bizarre reason, some of the buses only take capacity for seated guests despite being plenty of standing room on the bottom deck. This led to us waiting another 20-25 minutes for the next one in which we went through more stops with very few people able to get on due to our driver refusing to let anyone on due to 'no more seats'. As we were sitting at the front on the bottom deck, we could see the driver was checking his phone frequently and calling random people and seemingly completely disinterested in his job. The traffic was equally bad and we spent an exceedingly long time at certain stops despite there being 'no more room'. This bus route made me so upset with what could have been a great day and I am infuriated that this company is so appallingly organised. Get more buses, improve your audio guides (my mum said it was boring, generic and bland) and get drivers who actually are a little more helpful. I wish I had gone on my own on public transport but didn't want anyone to worry about me but I would strongly advise anyone who can gain a solid grasp of maps and geography quickly to use the Metro in the city instead of these god awful buses until they improve them substantially. Or if you are going to use these buses, DO NOT USE THEM in the summer months or when there are multiple cruises in town.

Very poor service - Bus did not stop at important stops. Audio was not coordinated with route. No one on the bus to check the ticket or distribute a headset. Very poor service.
