Great way to see the sites of Copenhagen - Great way to see the sites of Copenhagen and learn the history. Easy hop on and off with pick ups every 25 minutes. Helpful Nd affordable way to get from cruise ship to hotel

Excellent combo with the cruises - Having been to Copenhagen before, being able to see the city from "top" brought me another perspective of the city. Cruises that come in in the northern port zone have a partnership with the company and an extra stop is added in the docks just for passengers, with an extra charge. Ticket purchase is made directly on the bus at the terminal stop, taking the cruise voucher. It is three lines (red, green and purple) and can be combined in a single package, obviously more expensive, with exchanges always at the Tivoli amusement park stop, almost opposite the train station. Much of Copenhagen can be done on foot and the stops are strategically positioned for that. The driver himself comments about the stops and gives valuable information, which adds to the audio in several languages, Portuguese being not one of them. Buses are punctual (+/-5min) and the wifi works very well. Pia will always be available with your efficiency to remove any doubts.

It's too hard to find and get on correct bus; too many bus changes - This was a very unorganized tour. First of all, we wasted an hour just trying to find the correct bus at the pier. Then, instead of pier being an actual stop, we were taken to stop 5 where we had to find yet another bus. After all this, I was honestly cranky. We were in this port 48 hours but we only went out once due to the painful bus transfers with tons 9f people. Copenhagen hop on off did have nice stops, but they need to get better organized with this tour.

Not recommended - Only cash payment was possible. Unfriendly drivers and in both buses we traveled, the audio guide was broken!!!

Not a wonderful Copenhagen. - This was the most unorganised HOHO I have been on with fragmented and often incorrect information, stops were missed without prior notification and frequent delays that for some passengers was up to an hour.On the plus side rain ponchos were issued free of charge hence the one star. Highly disappointed.

Horrible - Stay away if possible - Horrible experience, bus stops continuously as expected but stays at each stop anywhere from 5-20 minutes… frequently changed drivers during the journey. Drivers are rude and smoke ant the bus entrance. Make sure to check how many ships will be in port the day you choose to use, if more than one, stay away. Lines at each stop were long due to crowds of people, very poorly run. Also there are 2 companies that run the red buses, both are equally bad but does get confusing when trying to get in the right bus.
