Stevns Klint Experience - The café at Stevns Klint Experience provides visitors with a delightful dining experience in a setting that overlooks the scenic Boesdal Limestone Quarry. Emphasizing the use of local and Danish produce, the menu changes seasonally to highlight fresh ingredients. Guests can enjoy a variety of dishes, including daily salads made with quinoa, seasonal vegetables, and Danish goat cheese; soups and savory tarts available on weekends; and sandwiches featuring cheese, meatballs, or salami on focaccia bread. For those with a sweet tooth, homemade cakes and cookies are also offered.

Salad of the Day: Seasonal vegetables, both fresh and pickled, Danish quinoa, and Danish goat cheese, served with bread (available only on weekends) – 119 DKK - Hoejerup Gamle Kirke - Højerup Old Church was constructed in the 13th century and was originally situated at a safe distance from the cliff. However, the sea has been eroding the cliff for centuries, and in 1928, the choir of the church collapsed into the sea.
The remaining nave of the church still stands, and it is a popular tourist destination. The church is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is considered one of the most important examples of coastal erosion in the world.
There is a legend that the church moves a cock’s stride inland every Christmas Eve. This is said to be a way for the church to avoid being swallowed up by the sea.
The church is also mentioned in the Danish play “Elverhøj” by J.L. Heiberg. In the play, the church is used as a symbol of the Danish people’s struggle against the sea.
