Food, History, Culture - We have used guides on all seven continents and Claudio is among the best! He has a very “hygge” (comfortable and joyful) manner that is engaging. Altho the tour was about the food, Claudio mapped out an itinerary that progresses in a way not only to please the palate, but also to inform his guests with anecdotes that reveal key historical events and commentary on life in Denmark. The day starts with the traditional and builds to the new which makes it special and not just a smattering of dishes with no coherent order. In particular we loved the poppyseed Danish and the inventive oatmeal ball with great umami flavor. Highly recommend!

Delicious & Wonderful afternoon - My wife and I had such a wonderful time. Our private tour guide, Fabrine, brought us around town and had us try a variety of genuine Danish food, both savory and sweet. Everything was delicious ( ok, I didn't like one thing but that was on me, not the food.) Fabrine also shared so many interesting facts and insights about Copenhagen and the culture. We've done food tours in other cities and Fabrine definitely went 'above and beyond' a typical food tour to make sure we had a worthwhile experience. Thanks for a great afternoon!

Best Food (and Culture) Tour in Town! - Fabrine was an excellent tour guide. She really personalized the tour for us. Unlike every food we have ever been on, Fabrine took us to establishments that had HIGH quality food. We didn’t eat cheap hot dogs with cheap bread. Our food tour included a delicious aperitif and homemade Danish cookies. Yummy!!!! The food was fantastic, but the conversation was even better. Fabrine answered all of our questions and really dug into Danish cultural norms and traditions. This tour was the highlight of our time in Copenhagen.

22 Hour Layover in Copenhagen - Fabrine did a very nice job customizing our tour based on our arrival downtown as we only had a brief one night stopover. She maximize our experience to show many cultural significant parts of the city while she weave in many local food specialties. We finished off our stay with a sunset camel boat tour which she suggested.

Excellent way for foodies to explore Copenhagen - We loved our time with Claudio walking the city & tasting everything Copenhagen has to offer. He did an amazing job balancing history & food and we ended the tour with full bellies! Great pro-active communication & openness to shape the day based on our group's interests & dietary needs. Great, unique way to explore a new city!

Unreal time and great food - We had a wonderful time on our tour with Fabrine. Is is incredibly knowledgeable and customized the tour to our preferences. We had a lot of fun trying the new foods and dishes. My brothers and I will never forget it. 10/10 stars.

Good to walk around the city over lunch - Monica was a great guide. She toured us around the city which was ideal and helped us orientate ourselves. The food options were ideal for a lunchtime tour. Thanks Monica
I’m knocking one star off for the price. We’ve done similar tours in other European cities and felt that this was a little expensive overall.
