Start from Windsor Plaza Copacabana and bike towards Ipanema, stopping at Arpoador rock for a panoramic photo of the stunning coastline. Continue cycling along the entire length of Ipanema beach, known for its beauty and vibrant atmosphere.

Next, change the route towards Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, cycling through the neighborhoods in the south of Rio. Circle the Lagoon, enjoying the scenic views and picturesque surroundings.

Return to the beach bike path and cycle towards the Leblon viewpoint. Here, enjoy a refreshing coconut water while taking in the fabulous views. Finally, head back to Copacabana, with a stop at Arpoador Rock on sunny days to complete the tour.

Great coverage of Rio - Marco took us on a great ride through the various areas as specified. We followed bike paths most of the time, it was mainly flat riding and he kept us safe. He explained the sites, answered our questions and stopped for photos. Very helpful and good fun despite being a very hot day.

Fantastic way to see the city!!!! - This was the perfect way to see the city! DO THIS TOUR EARLY IN YOUR STAY!!!!! We waited until the last days of our visit and we wish we’d have done it early on. A great exposure and overview of the city! MARCO was our guide and he was fantastic! He explained so much about the various areas and gave us restaurant suggestions in each area of the city! Schedule multiple tours in multiple areas! We did the 4 hour downtown and Botofogo tour starting in Copacabana Beach.

Just do it! - We always try to do bike tours when seeing g a new city. It’s the best pace to sightsee and visit multiple sights. Having a local tour guide who knows where to go and what to see is the way to go. The group is capped at 7 which makes it more intimate. It was a warm day but riding in shady areas with a breeze made it bearable. I’d pay attention to the forecast and bring water (although there are multiple apps on the way you can purchase beverages. Also don’t forget the Sun block. Riding by the many beaches of Rio was great, but pay attention to the traffic on the city streets. Plenty of bumps in the road and unpredictable traffic can ruin a day. Overall, a great way to spend 1/2 a day in Rio and get some exercise in.

Cruisin Rio! - We love the pace of seeing sites on a bike. Navigating on the streets of Rio can be dicey if you don’t know your way around with traffic. The city is mostly flat but roads can get bumpy. It was a great way to move around the neighborhoods and get some exercise in too. Make sure to put on sunscreen and bring some water with you.

Rio on bike what a way to go ! - Our guide ( Ulysses) was very good, he was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we were OK with handling our bikes. His English was easy to understand and he had a very nice manner in how he interacted with us

100% recommended - Great experience! Although it rained, we had a great time and got to see a lot of places. The tour guide was super friendly. Almost all streets have bike lanes, so it is super safe to do it.

A must do in brazil - Love the tour, would recommend to a friend! Saw Brazil from a unique perspective. Be prepared for four hours ok biking.. my friend was extremely tired by the end. I liked the cemebtary we visited.

for experienced cyclists - Interesting route and stops, very good guide on the other hand I did not always feel safe during the excursion in the urban part the route is winding with some tricky crossings and the equipment is outdated Given the proven risks of falls, the provision of a helmet, at least optional, is an absolute necessity.
