Marvellous, whimsical, immersive experience - Brilliant experience that really immerses you into the fabric of Llandudno. Although it's self-directed around town using your phone, you get to interact with some lovely people at several of the stops along the way. You can go at your own pace: we had to dip out part way through to do a distillery tour booked for 3pm, and then we joined back up with the hunt for Alice when we were done. (That's why our elapsed time was so long, which I can only assume is the reason we weren't top of the leaderboard.) The whole thing takes about three hours but could be a lot more if you spend time exercising the included 10% discount at some of the cafes and museums along the way. Our group ranged in age from 10 up to 45 and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great family day out in Llandudno - We had a great day in Llandudno yesterday doing the Finding Alice adventure game with our two grandchildren. We didn’t know what to expect so it was a pleasant surprise that it fully engaged the four of us. The children loved the code breaking and the magic of the story – they really wanted to find Alice. It was raining most of the day so we decided to take it leisurely and make a real day of it by stopping frequently for coffee and cake (for us). We stopped for lunch and ice cream and talked about the next step of the game. When we found Alice, we all felt very proud and satisfied, and enjoyed our drinks at the final destination, taking advantage of our 10% discounts. It was a fantastic family adventure, a memory day we had with our grandchildren.

A great time out - Great experience going around the town and following imaginative and fun clues. Some of clues were really challenging , but having got a couple wrong it was still easy as the game allowed us to skip

Really different. - The experience was really good fun. The only big problem is that Llandudno must be one of the worst places in the country for internet access. We did the shorter 'Saving Wonderland' vwrsion, about 90 minutes, rather than the full 3 hour version. I booked when we got to Llandudno and needed to go into Asda to download the pdf that backed up the internet version. Absolutely essential as our version started in Happy Valley, with zero internet. The people we met along the way and stamped our map were really friendly and helpful, responding to code phrases such as "I can't remember if I'm a gryphon or a dodo" with a key or a sealed message, not by calling the local mental health unit. If I were doing it again, or doing the longer version, I'd book the day before, study the pdf and share it with other members of your party. Then you'll be fully prepared. If you've not been to Llandudno before it's a good way of getting to know the town centre.

Total waste of money... - Absolute rubbish! Save yourself the money and get the Alice In Wonderland Trail map from the Llandudno Tourist Office. I wrongly assumed that this was a more interactive trail, especially considering the price, however, after trawling up and down the same streets, with some the highlights being a Starbucks and Caffè Nero, and only getting to see x3 or x4 of the actual Wonderland characters, I admitted my mistake and took the kids off to try and salvage some of our afternoon. A day out made memorable for all the wrong reasons; couldn't be more disappointed!
