Pasta making with a smile - Beatrice was super friendly and a very experienced teacher who spoke perfect English. We cooked two wonderful pasta dishes from scratch and was served a home made dessert to finish the night of. Also loved her cat (but something to consider if you have allergies).

“Sono sazia” - delicious pasta - We had a very good time with our host Beatrice. She was super nice, easy to talk to and a lot of fun. She has an all around knowledge about pasta, the Italian kitchen in general and a lot of tricks to prepare your own pasta successfully. It tasted amazing and we had a nice evening! Grazie mille!

Lovely evening enjoying a home cooked meal with a wonderful host. - Our hostess Beatrice was kind and wonderful as she instructed my family including teenagers and a grandparent in making two different types of pasta and sauces from scratch. It was a privilege to be invited into our host’s home and lovely to meet someone local. Our hostess and the management company also graciously accommodated my request for lactose free/no cheese/cream ingredients. The meal was delicious and filling, topped off with homemade gelato courtesy of our hostess. A nice change of pace from eating out at another restaurant. Tip: bring a hostess gift. I wish I’d thought of it.

Great cooking class with delicious pasta - Great cooking class with Beatrice. We made 2 different types of pasta, cooked the sauce together and then ate it. The class was a lot of fun and we got a lot of information. Highly recommended

Perfecto! - Between the warm welcome by Beatriz and the wonderful array ingredients and specialities, we made two pasta dishes, ravioli and tagliatelle. Both would have fit the requirements of a vegetarian diet and both very simple to make. Beatriz made it easy to follow her instructions and go away feeling you too can be an Italian cook! .

A must- do when in Como!! - This is the first cooking class I’ve ever done on a European vacation - and it was fantastic!! Amy was a great instructor - she helped make all steps in the process very easy to follow. We made gnocchi, ravioli and panna cotta - it was all delicious. Such great fun!!’I would highly recommend taking this class.
