*Please note the tower is yet to be open for the public. - Gangaramaya (Vihara) Buddhist Temple - Here you will learn about Buddhism, Sinhalese Buddhist culture and be able to explore in and out of this amazing Buddhist Temple. Also, you will see Lord Buddha’s hair relics.
- Old Town Hall - You will be able to stop here and admire the beauty and also to get a glimpse of Viharamahadevi Park.
- Independence Square - This is the main highlight of the tour. Here you will learn how Sri Lanka got its Independence from the British Empire. You can also visit the adjoining Arcade square and the park for a short walk.
- Colombo - You will be exploring some of the other sights of this area and after will stop for a local Lunch / Dinner.

Good tour - Bandana was friendly and informative and took us round all the interesting sites. He was happy to take us at our pace and stop for as long as we needed.

Great tour and Guide! - A travel guide makes any tour and Sameera is the one you want! He was knowledgeable and great fun. We saw so much and he was able to personalize to our wants.

A well organised tour round Colombo - This was a well organised tour in a small group in a thankfully extremely well air conditioned van. Maleen was very knowledgeable and showed us all the highlights. We had plenty of time at each site and were in no way rushed. The day was capped off with a lovely local lunch. A great tour!

Colombo city tour - Great local tour of Colombo with Maleen
Visited a lot of local landmarks including Buddhist temple, lotus flower tower, Hindu temple. Square of independence amongst other sites. Maleen is knowledgeable friendly tour guide. A couple of shop stops not expected but were ok

A fantastic tour of Colombo - Maleen and the driver were fantastic! We were shown all the main sights in Colombo. Maleen is very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot about the history, customs and how people live in Sri Lanka. A very highly recommended excursion and guide - great day, thank you.

A great tour of Colombo - The guide was extremely knowledgeable about Colombo and we learnt a lot about this exciting city and of its history. It is a tour well worth doing. Relaxed pace, and the guide took us to many places that was worth seeing.

I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Colombo, to explore the city's rich culture. - During our visit to Colombo, we had the pleasure of being guided by Chathura, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. From the moment we met him, he provided detailed explanations about each site we visited, sharing fascinating insights into their history and significance. Chathura's expertise and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable and informative. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Colombo, as it offers a great way to explore the city's rich culture and history with an expert guide.

Pretty good tour…with a few small quirks - Overall, I enjoyed this tour, and I would recommend it to people who want to see major sites in Colombo, especially if they have limited time. I wasn’t entirely thrilled with our guide…he was very nice, but he was difficult to understand, and he took at least 11 phone calls during our time together (I stopped counting after a while). He had some issue with his other business, and I understand that things can happy, but this got out of hand, especially when he took a couple of personal phone calls as well. He also didn’t offer us water (to be fair, we didn’t ask either), and we ended up having to pay for our entrance into the temple, which was supposed to have been included in the price of the tour. The amount was very small (less than USD$5), though, and I didn’t want to make a fuss.
