The beer tasting adventure begins here with the first Kölsch of the evening. Participants will learn about Cologne’s beer traditions and the etiquette of drinking it. Additionally, there will be insights into the renowned brewery where Mühlen Kölsch is crafted and the story of a famous American who became part of its history.

• Heumarkt - Discover some fascinating details about the city’s most famous square and its surroundings!
• Bierhaus en d’r Salzgass - The final stop of the evening, where the last Kölsch of the night (or the first of many at the last brewery) will be enjoyed. After tasting the Päffgen Kölsch, participants can choose their favorites and learn about the legendary beer folk hero who watches over the bar.
• Brauhaus Sünner im Walfisch - At the second stop of the evening, guests will have the opportunity to taste what many consider the oldest Kölsch in Cologne. Here, the strict brewing process that creates the beer will be explored, along with the regulations it must adhere to and the ongoing debate about who is permitted to brew a Kölsch.
• Alter Markt - A visit to Cologne’s Old Town would be incomplete without delving into its quirky and intriguing history. Anecdotes about Cologne’s past will be shared to provide a deeper understanding of the city’s character.
• Gross St. Martin - A quick look at one of the most significant churches in Cologne’s skyline.
• Peters Brauhaus - At Peters Brauhaus, participants will learn about the arch-rival in brewing tradition, the guardians of the beer, their unique perspectives, and sample the second included Kölsch of the evening.
• FRÜH am Dom, die FRÜH Lounge - Understanding where to drink and the cost is crucial to appreciating Kölsch. While visiting the largest brewery in Cologne’s Altstadt, participants will gain this knowledge and, of course, have the chance to sample a Kölsch.
