Amazing tour. - We had an absolutely amazing time on the three hour dolphin and shelling tour! Captain Julie was wonderful! We saw tons of dolphins and got over 10 full sand dollars on the shell tour! We booked a private tour for our group of nine and I would highly recommend!

SHELLS GALOR! - Our Captain, Paul S was great! Took us to one of the many 10K Islands and we found too many shells, if that is possible. He knows a great deal about the shells and was very informative. We found an albino nutmeg, other nutmegs, angle wings, lots of whelks, olives and some very colorful scallops.
Book you trip when you are in the area. You won't be disappointed!!

Amazing Shelling Trip with Up-Close Dolphin Encounters! - My mom and I had an unforgettable shelling trip to Marco Island, thanks to our incredible guide, Paul S. From start to finish, he made the experience both educational and entertaining. His knowledge of the area, marine life, and best shelling spots made the trip even more special.
One of the highlights was getting incredibly close to dolphins—we saw them playing and swimming right near the boat, which was such a magical experience! And, of course, we found some beautiful shells to take home as souvenirs.
If you’re looking for a fun, well-guided shelling adventure with a chance to see amazing wildlife, I highly recommend this tour. Paul S. truly made it an experience to remember!

Wonderful! Highly recommend - This was our second private shelling tour with Sand Dollar. We had Captain Paul for both and he is great! Both times we saw dolphins and plenty of wildlife and natural features along with points of interest. We plan to go again and will request Captain Paul for our future excursions. Our kids had a blast and so did we. Thanks Captain Paul!

Dont’ wait, book now! - This was a fantastic trip. We were met at the marina by Captain Evan with a big smile and full of enthusiasm! While we were on the boat, he was full of local history and boating information. We were taken to a beach FULL of shells. Another boat from the company was there too and Captain Jaime was so enthusiastic that she couldn’t help herself to find the most interesting shells for her group as well as ours. After our shelling, we were taken on a tour of the whole area. We were met by a group of dolphins who decided to play with us and ride our wake. They clearly were having fun, and we enjoyed watching them. Before we knew it, over 3 hours had passed and we were back at the marina. This is a MUST DO tour!

Dolphins and Shells and Pelicans, Oh my! - Our captains were knowledgeable and entertaining, the dolphins were the fun kind (wink), and the shelling was plentiful. We didn’t strike gold with the elusive Junonia, but we learned a lot and enjoyed the beautiful time out on the water and shelling on the island. Thanks to Captain Paul (the good looking one, he says)!

Wonderful tour! - Our family had a wonderful time. Our Captain, Paul S., was absolutely the best! He spent time teaching us about the shells and eco system of the area.
The kids were thrilled with all the beautiful shells and sand dollars they found. It was a chilly day but we are very glad we did this tour. We highly recommend it, especially with Paul S.!

Great experience, but we needed more time - We did back to back tours over two days. One in Ten Thousand Islands, one in Keewaydin Island. The captains were both great. Friendly and very informative about animals nearby and large homes nearby. They were both shelling tours and they were good with directing us away from other tour boats to quieter areas to hunt for shells. I wish they had longer tour options, as once we got to the islands (40 mins on boat one way) we only had 45-60 mins to wander. It felt like as soon as we got there, we had to leave. I also wish the captains would help us find good shell spots for that day and be more involved once on the islands. Two hours on the islands would have provided better timing to wander around. Other tour groups provided more island time.
