This experience was truly... - This experience was truly unforgettable. We began by sampling incredibly fresh conch, prepared right before our eyes, which gave us a real taste of the island’s culinary traditions. Afterward, we set out to snorkel around a vibrant reef teeming with colorful fish and fascinating marine life. The water was crystal clear, making it easy to spot everything from tiny sea creatures to larger schools of fish. The highlight for many of us was the chance to interact with gentle stingrays, even getting to pet them as they glided gracefully by. It was an adventure that delighted both adults and kids.

Great Island Tour – Informative and Fun! - This was an excellent island tour! We were greeted in the visitor waiting area where the groups gather for excursions, and after a short walk, we boarded a motorized tram. Our driver was very informative and gave us a brief history of the island as we passed various landmarks. He explained the significance of the buildings and shared what it’s like to live on Grand Turk day to day. We made a quick stop for a bathroom break and some shopping. Later, we spent about 20 minutes at one of the island’s lighthouses, where we even saw a wild donkey! There was also another gift shop and a bar/food area at that stop. Overall, it was a great time. We learned a lot about Grand Turk, and I would definitely recommend this tour to others!

Grand Turk Tour information and sites - Doug was an excellent tour director. Easy to hear him on the tram and very informative. Very interesting seeing donkeys roaming free and the homes and scenery. Very long walk from the ship to the meeting place since they are not allowed on premises. Tram was 1/2 hour late and we had to stand waiting in the hot sun.

- Doug was great and extremely knowledgeable about Grand Turks. However the information for the tour included beverage and food samples which we never received. We did stop at several places where these items could be purchased. It was difficult to find them as we were early and they were late in arriving (due to personal circumstances). We had to ask several people where Island Tram picks you up. Directions were unclear and there was no sign.

Ok - The tour guide is professional and friendly. He explained historical events about the island. There were two concerns: the location is outside of the port; just prepare for a 10-15 minute walk. Also, it was difficult to hear the information due to the loud noise of the engine or motor.

The tour from hell - Unfortunately, this tour did not go well. It was supposed to begin at 9 o’clock. I was there at 10 to 9 no signage nothing to indicate where the tram would stop other than other people waiting. At about 15 minutes after nine a woman came by to check the list and issue our wristlets. She then told us to walk about 500 feet down the road to where the tram would pick us up. We waited another 15 minutes. When the tram arrived the driver said that it had had a flat tire. OK stuff happens. We boarded. They were about 30 people, including children. We saw governor beach. Then the replica of John Glenn s space capsule. Next step was in front of the Do it Center. The tram then died. After several attempts to restart the engine, a mechanic was called. The mechanic could not get the engine started. They tried to jumpstarted that didn’t work. Finally, the driver said that he would send help, but he left as to the mechanic and the 30 passengers was stranded on the tram. Over time to taxi vans that just happened to be passing by. We’re flagged down by the passengers. Each van could only take 10 passengers and charge eight dollars per person to go back to the port parents with children took these fans and they were 10 adults still left. Eventually, chukka vehicle came to pick us up with the driver. There was no plan for getting us back. I refer to this as the tour from hell. Keep in mind that we were sitting in the tram in the sun for well over an hour.

Refund expected - No reply when l sent them a msg. Tour organisers started late so we all had to wait in the sun for over 1:2 hour. Then had to walk another 7 mins up the road in the scorching heat. Only got 10 mins up the road and the vehicle broke down leaving us all for over 1 hour. Eventually our tour was cancelled. Wasted hours of day standing around in which was our only day on the beautiful island of Turks.
