Great option, hand down! - Please read first. Do NOT be weary of leaving the cruise area to rent your golf cart from DEA. It may appear to be a bit unnerving but just remember to say, "no thank you" and keep moving to the bright red/black golf carts. The young man we encountered was nothing but professional! These golf carts are by far hands down the best to rent. These carts don't even begin to compare to the others available. We had the best time and had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend them. A side note we rented all day and filled our cart with gas ourselves. I'd suggest you doing that as well as it's just like a rental car, they will make money filling it up for you.

D.E.A is 5 star! ⭐️ - REVIEW READERS: STOP AND READ THIS FIRST BEFORE BOOKING WITH DEA RENTALS. Now that I have your attention: If you’re looking for a golf cart rental on Grand Turk I want you to look no further and just go ahead and book with DEA rentals. Not only were their carts superior to all of the other options from other companies (other cruisers asked us how we got such a nice one!) their service was also above and beyond. A member of our party is handicapped and cannot make the 10 minute walk from the cruise dock to the pickup spot outside the security gate. This could’ve been an issue, however the DEA staff let us use their personal car to drive back through the security gate to pick up our handicapped member. Not only was this above and beyond but it made enjoying the island possible for this member and our entire party. This type of service is unheard of anymore and I could not omit writing a stellar review for them because of how they allowed us to have such a memorable day cruising Grand Turk on our golf cart. Additionally, if you are looking to do something that allows you to see the island as it is and enjoy the local options, this is the way to do it. We visited the lighthouse first and hit the souvenir shop and grabbed a rum punch at the bar. Then we ventured to some beaten path beaches and took in the beautiful sights along the way. Our favorite beach and eats stop was the “Sandbar Restaurant” which sits overlooking a beach and has generous and delicious servings of Conch fritters. The beach is also so sandy and soft and has great shells for picking and GREAT reefs for snorkeling. We saw big fish, little fish and the swimming was great as well. If you like the rocky beach look with swimming spots as well, then there is a beaten path beach right by the Grand Turk sign across from the airport that is also so gorgeous! TLDR: Rent the cart from DEA and have a wonderful time in Grand Turk!!

Overall positive experience - The guys that helped us get everything situated on the day of our rental were very helpful and friendly. They provided a map and some recommendations on stops that would be of interest to us. Be sure your golf cart is in good condition. Ours had some brake issues which didn’t cause any problems, but it was something I had to be aware of when coming to stops on the trip.

Great Service - The service was exceptional. Our ship arrived earlier than expected and the rental service was quick to get us in a cart before our original time. The cart was in great shape and even had Bluetooth!! If we ever go back we will definitely use this service again. Thanks!

Friendly - The people were very friendly and helpful. Carts are very nice. Made for a great notre laid back experience just sightseeing and very unpopular area of beaches were fantastic!!! Would highly recommend!!!!

Perfect Choice for Grand Turk! - The golf carts were great, well maintained and super comfortable. It was a great way to see the island, and easy to find parking for. We will be renting through D.E.A. next time as well (in March), as they were friendly, helpful, and the check in and out process was a breeze.

Quality Golf Cart - Easy to pick up, well maintained and powerful golf cart. Good fun, just watch put for those who don't know which side of the road to use. As Brits it's easy for us.

Great! - The golf cart was in great condition (much better than other company’s carts that were there), the staff were incredibly nice, and having a cart to explore the island was a great way to spend the day.

Fun ride for a couple of hours - As for the excursion, it was a fun idea, but the island was pretty small and mostly beaches (we are not beach people), so we were done with the tour in about 2 hours. The golf carts were very loud, as expected, but it does wear on you after a while. It was cool to see the donkeys, but they kept coming over to the cart when we stopped expecting food (I assume), but we didn’t want to feed them to contribute to the habit. As for the rental, the operator was easy to get to from the cruise terminal; they were professional, courteous, and helpful with a map and directions.
