Grand Turk Paradise Golf Carts - Rented two 4 seat golf carts from Paradise Golf Carts. No issues at all. Very smooth transaction. Check gas level before leaving. Gas is about $7 a gallon on Grand Turk. We topped off the tanks before returning the golf carts. That was a mistake on OUR part. Spent $26 to top off both golf cart tanks. If we had not done so, the gas cost would have been only $10 for each cart from Paradise upon return. By filling the tanks ourselves we spent $6 more than we needed to. Verify before you leave that the gas charge upon return is a flat $10. You'll probably save yourself money by not filling up along the way.

Easy rental - Very easy to locate and people were very friendly. Quick walk from the cruise ship to the rental. The cart was in good working order. We loved seeing the island on our own.

Fun Golf Carts - Fun time during our family vacation!! Golf carts give you freedom to see the sites and the staff was very very friendly!!

Excellent experience! - We had a wonderful time! The location for cart rebtal pickup was just outside port gate. I’d read some negative reviews but our cart was just fine! The cart had plenty of pick up and we did put gas in it - $10 worth. Loved being able to see the island at our own pace - went to the museum, shopping, lighthouse and a great beach afternoon at Jack’s Shack! Paradise guys were super friendly!

Fun in the Sun! - We had a great trip on Grand Turk for the week. The gold carts are the best way to get around (unless it is raining). James was a huge help getting a cart, dealing with the logistics of dropping it off at the airport, and sharing recommendations on local attractions and dining options! This is not the destination for those looking for tourist attractions but for enjoying a slowed down pace in paradise.

Worth it - Had to walk out of port but easily found, wasn’t in the best of shape but for the price it was great and we were able to explore entire island!!!

Golf cart - Exactly what we were looking for. Good price in comparison to other companies. Thankful they had carts available. Many companies were sold out. Cart has been used (older) but was good. If you are looking for a fast one, this is not it. Staff was very friendly.

Golf carts are in disrepair and located excessively far from the cruise - The golf cart rental facility was excessively far from the cruise ship port for people with disabilities. The golf carts and cells were in state of disrepair. Our golf cart was missing passenger safety railing on the right rear. The golf cart was dirty from the previous rental and kept, we were asked to replace the fuel that we used in cash by providing the attendant With cash payment for fuel used. We were never advised that we would have to pay for fuel when we rented the golf cart.

No Refund - The ship never pulled in due to strong winds. The policy is to cancel 24 hours before. How am I supposed to know to cancel for that when we're looking at the grand turks and we can't go in. Policy needs to be changed to account for that.

DO NOT USE/ DID NOT DELIVER AS PROMISED - They never delivered a golf cart for us to the airport. After making the reservation several weeks before the date, I called to confirm they could deliver a golf cart to us at the airport rather than the cruise port. “ Yes”; they said, “one of our guys will meet you in the parking lot- he will have on a Paradise shirt, and the cart will say Paradise.” “ Please call us to reconfirm your flight’s arrival time. “ I called the morning of the booking to confirm the arrival, and again I was assured that a person and cart would be there. We arrived… no golf cart. I called, no one picked up the phone. We were now stuck at a tiny airport that had no taxis or transportation for us. I kept calling- no one answered, Do not trust this company to deliver!!
