Best Grand Turk Experience - MaxKart golf carts are the only way to see Grand Turk. The booking process was seamless and smooth. Once we got onto the island we walked 5 minutes to get our two golf carts and were off. Took just a few minutes to sign in and take off. You can take these carts to the right house and even the old conch factory (little bumpy) but SUPER worth it.

Good carts for your own experiences... - Fast and efficient service with a 5min walk from the ship to the carts. Worth the effort and price savings from the cruise sponsored ones.

Grand Turk - The experience of different culture amazed me. Had a great time on the golf cart driving the roads on left side.

Great experience. Not... - Great experience. Not much to see in Grand Turks, but still a lot in terms of what once was. As far as the service, golf cart was ready to go when we got there. The lady that assisted us started off a bit rude, but she lightened up… The negative was the condition of the golf cart…filthy dirty. Wasn’t expensive a limo, but they could at least wash them like you would any other vehicle.

Carts are in poor repair and dangerous to drive. - We walked past several other cart rental places to find MaxKarts at the end of the line. We were given an old four seater that was loud and had bad fumes but we decided to make the best of our time in this beautiful island and took off. It was sluggish going up a small incline but what made us turn back was a frightening experience on the highway when the wheels suddenly started veering left and right and I felt I had no control over the steering. We turned around and crept back to the rental site. It seemed like the steering was only affected at faster speeds. Golf carts passed us and cars honked and we were so thankful to make it back. The nice young woman said she only had a two seater left so my husband and I crowded in with our grandson. At first we were relieved this cart wasn’t so loud but soon realized it had NO power. Everything on the road passed us, honking and I had the gas pedal to the floor. We thought we were going to have to get out and walk in the small hills. It was terrifying to pull out in the road and stall. We made it to the lighthouse and back to government beach but were too afraid to drive it downtown. Awful Experience. The woman said we should have brought back but she had already said that was last cart.

Chaotic Experience. - It's very hard to find and is outside patrolled fenced area. No signs plus it's a good 1/2 walk from Port. Staff didn't speak English. Very chaotic. Reviews say easy walk right outside port. This is not true.

- We rented a cart from MaxCart in July. The walk to the pickup spot was a little further than we expected, but we were happy when we got there and found out they were giving us an 8-seater instead of a 6. We’d the cart about two hours when, as we went through an intersection, one of the back wheels came off!! Our son ran back and found TWO lug nuts. They put the wheel on and got out of an intersection. I immediately called the company who insisted they’d bring another cart right away. There was a police officer nearby and after waiting about 7-8 min, she told me to call them back. When I did, they said they didn’t have one and were “trying to find another one” to bring. The police officer took my phone and spoke to them … and they were there with another cart in about 5 min. We loaded into the new cart, but still returned it about an hour later because it ran so terribly. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

AurumCars review - Cheat pack and service desert! We had to pay for a car wash 14 € extra. The car wasn't full of gas, we're supposed to fill up to this level when we return. We did not succeed, we had additional costs of about 15 €. Despite insurance with Check24, verse should be paid for 57 €/day due to possible handling problems. There are U-Save and AurumCars reviews on the Internet (list expandable!) Car was not driven forward or taken away. The customer had to do that.

Bad experience - Horrible experience. We were given a bad golf cart. We noticed it was driving slower than the other golf carts on the road, carts were going around and passing us. About 2 miles into the ride it would only go about 3 mph so we decided to go back and return the cart for a new one. Several times I called the girl who rented us the golf cart and she didn't answer. Thankfully we weren't stranded somewhere. When we made it back a few of the guys that worked there started giggling and she had a cart ready for us like she wasn't surprised we were back. They knew that cart was bad. We got a working cart and continued on but we wasted an hour. Be careful renting from them!
