Great customer service - We unfortunately had our Port to Turks cancelled and Max immediately refunded our golf cart rentals. We were really looking forward to the golf cart rental. Seems like top notch customer service. Will rent from Max when we are back here again soon.

Grand Turk - The cart was old when compared to ones from other companies, but it got us around the island. Grand Turk, itself, wasn’t too exciting

Getting a golf cart is a... - Getting a golf cart is a fun way to explore the island and maybe finding a secluded beach. However the carts from MaxKart are pretty much worn out. The steering on our cart was real loose and the starter was sketchy at best. Had to step on the pedal 5/6 times to get it to engage.

Gas, noisy, broken fender... - Gas, noisy, broken fender and no working signals..had to pay an additional $12 US for usage of gas on top of paying for it. Had to walk outside of port to pickup. Could’ve rented one inside for less

Unsure - No clear direction on where to pick up golf cart.. Golf cart is dated , compared to other companies we passed.. Doubt would rent from again

Difficult - The walk to your carts was unacceptable. the advertisement indicated to get to the carts was a short walk. Instead you had to leave the port grounds to even find the carts. Being handicapped and walking with braces on both legs this was totally unacceptable. The lady in charge of the rentals telephoned her superior and was told that I would be receiving a refund for my rental. I am expecting to receive a credit on my charge card immediately. you need to fully explain all the problems in the rental process.

Dont do it - I rented a six seater, it was dirty, had other people trash in it and it potted round the island so slowly. Went back and complained only to be told it was a safety feature. The poor kart was in disrepair and would take off after holding the gas down for 30 seconds! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
