This is a scam the business is no longer in business. We keep getting robo emails. We even showed up to our scheduled appointment and no one was around lights off. We saw other reviews after the fact saying the same thing.

Class cancelled in early 2025, no dates available to reschedule until early 2026. Received numerous automated notices about the scheduled class, showed up and hunted through the building with other class participants…only to be told the business had moved out months ago. Wish we’d at least gotten some type of notice or cancellation.

This business is OUT OF BUSINESS. Yet they kept sending emails about where to park! So I lost my $$ for the workshop and the time and effort it took to drive there only to find they aren’t in business anymore.

No one ever showed up for the class. All doors were locked

No show. The building was locked and dark when we arrived. There is no contact information for the owner of Ohio City Glass.

Scam. Was no longer in business.

The owner of Ohio City Glass went out of business and failed to notify any already booked events about this. We booked 6 months ago and went down yesterday (11/15). Only to find the location vacant. We were told that people have been showing up for weeks only having to turn back. We had (and still are) been receiving slightly terse emails telling us about the rules of our glass blowing experience. The owner (Dan) had plenty of time to contact people who reserved events with him but chose not to. I found his number, called him and he said he had “to close the business because he has vision problems and cannot barely read a screen.” Yet, in the next sentence said he must have misread the date and clicked the wrong date (reading screen!) to send cancellation notices. Then he said “if you booked through Groupon they would “take care of us,” never acknowledging the fact we wasted a Saturday (time and money spent driving) and now have to do extra work to get refunds. No apologies. Terrible.

Merchant no longer in business but did not tell me. Received notice class was cancelled 4 minutes after class was slated to start despite booking 6 months in advance.
