Beautiful day in Downtown Cleveland - Wow! Cleveland has preserved its history as the city has changed over the decades. Gail, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable as she walked us through downtown Cleveland around the Public Square area. It was a lovely day and we were able to wander through Terminal Tower, the Cleveland Hotel and many other historic sites. I appreciated Gail’s walking pace (not too fast!) and the numerous historical facts and stories that she shared about Cleveland. Thanks for an informative and fun walk.

Outstanding Walking Tour With Gail! - If you are looking for the best walking tour in Cleveland, ask for Gail! We just finished a tour with her and it was truly a highlight of our trip. Gail is incredibly knowledgeable about Cleveland's history, but she brings it to life with incredible stories rather than just reciting facts. She is super patient, answers every question thoroughly, and has a great sense of humor. She tailored the pace to our group, ensuring we didn't miss anything special. Her passion for Cleveland is obvious and infectious. Highly recommend!!

Great tour. - Gail did a great job in showing us around downtown Cleveland. She had so much knowledge of the Cleveland area and brought up so many fun facts. Loved the arcade buildings and the bank that is now a grocery store.

Great walk around Cleveland - "Steve", a native Clevelander, not only told us about the history of the buildings and the area, but he showed us hidden treasures behind the doors of many ornate buildings. Great tour!

Tour Guide Needs to Study Up! - The tour guide, Gail, was very very nice! But, sadly, she didn’t seem to know much about the city’s history, the architecture, or any great stories about the people who made this wonderful city. My husband and I try to do walking tours in every city we visit and this was by far the most disappointing. I wonder if Gail had ever been on a walking tour in Cleveland or in another city. She pointed out several buildings, but really could not offer any backstory on them or the people who built or occupied them. She took us to several statues and asked us to read the inscriptions. If you are looking for a tour to label each of the buildings and highlight a few statues this tour would certainly fit the bill. But, if you were interested in learning about Cleveland’s rich history, development, politics, dark sides, and great accomplishments, this tour sorely disappoints. Five days later, we did an incredible walking tour in Cincinnati with deep, colorful history and stories about people and little known surprises in each of the buildings. One other good thing I can say is that Gail is truly proud of her city and that really showed through. And like I said, she seemed like a really really nice person.
