Begin with a visit to the Visitor Center, where you can enjoy numerous geological and wildlife exhibits.

The first adventure is the White Dome Loop, a 1.1-mile moderate hike featuring a stunning slot canyon and remarkable rock formations.

Next, explore Rainbow Vista, a 1.1-mile less frequented trail. The vibrant colors of the Aztec sandstone provide excellent photo opportunities.

Mouses Tank Canyon offers a 1/2 mile easy hike with numerous native petroglyphs and more colorful rock formations.

The fifth stop is either Seven Sisters or the cabins for a lunch break.

A wide selection of snacks, fruit, and ice-cold bottled water are provided. This hike is suitable for most ages in reasonably good physical condition, offering an easy to moderate challenge.
