Definitely recommend. Family of 4 from UK - ATV/Zip Wire/Cenote Experience with family of 4 (kids 14 and 18). This was awesome and a great experience to break up pool and historic sites. Booked through Calypso Trip at our Hilton Tulum hotel we were picked up at 8:15 and got back around 3pm. About a 20 min journey to the jungle park where we took part in the 3 experiences - the zipwire was awesome and set out in a circuit across the jungle going from one tower to another. Dip in the cenote was a but cold a first but the cave its in was awesome.
For ATV you need to be at least 16 to drive - we had the double versions. Helmets are full face so you don't need to buy extra dust masks or anything.
Bring lots of Mosiquto spray. In fact have a bath in it before leaving the hotel - its in the jungle!
Also I never buy the photos when I go on these type of things. This was the one exception as we had such a great time I decided to do it in order to remember it in years to come. Its not cheap $100 (around £80) - they aren't forced on you in anyway but there are photographers capturing you across the different activities. They were emailed out to me the next day.

Must visit for an adrenaline fuelled day! - Yoni was our guide for this tour, and in our group it was 6 of us - our family of 4 with 2 teenagers plus 2 fun american ladies - we were happy to be in such a great group with like minded people. The day was excellent - we did all 7 ziplines first, then the ATV tour and then the cenote swim - we loved every activity as much as the other and it is hard to pick a favourite. We've done a few cenotes and this one exceeded our expectations. Yoni was an excellent guide and made it all even better for us, and the lunch they provided was great too.
Slight negatives was one of the ladies on the zipline was bit brutal when I could have done with a moment to compose myself before flying off a platform! And the extra charge for the insurance of the ATVs is a bit of a rip off - everything should be included. The photo package is also quite expensive but sadly this is mostly the norm around the area. Still a great day and I would recommend.

Perfect half day activity. - Jaime was the best, extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he definitely loves what he does. The Cenote swim is definitely the best part. They do provide goggles and life vest but not a snorkel. ATV ride is pretty cool and zip line was decent. I’ll definitely be using them next time I am in the area.

An exciting trip! - It was fantastic. A three-way adrenaline adventure with ATV, ziplining and Zenote.
It's not easy to control the heavy machinery, but once you get the hang of it - great. We strongly recommend taking out insurance for the machine.
During the ziplining we felt safe and really had fun.
The beautiful grotto/cento is only a little frosty at the beginning, then a real pleasure and refreshment.
The care by Monica was professional.

Wonder Execution of the Tour by the Company and Guide! Beautiful Scenery and So Much Fun! - This was thoroughly an amazing time! The company does a great job with the transportation, setup, and safety of the guests! We did the ATV, Zip Line, and Cenote. Alejandro was our guide for the day and I cannot say enough great things about him! The trip started with ATVs which was about 45 minutes. Then we did the zip lines. There is a loop of 3, 5, or 7 lines. I am scared of heights so did the small loop. We had to wait for everyone in our group to finish the 7 line loop before we went off to the cenotes. The cenote has has a nice walkway in and out and you have the option of inflatable or normal foam life jacket. We had lunch after all of this which was included in our package. We also bought the picture package which delivered about 40 pictures to us digitally for $80 USD. I haven't found a picture package that great anywhere else. The site this tour is at is about 25 minutes north of Tulum, but out in the forest.

Fun & tranquil in one trip - We did quad biking and cenote. The extra insurance was a surprise but was only 15 dollars . The staff were knowledgeable and we felt safe and reassured. My partner is a skilled ATV driver and had great fun taking the backend out round the course, our group was mixed and the guide made sure everyone was ok in their own ability range.
Israel was our Cenote guide, such a tranquial beautiful experience, he made it really interesting, amazing to be in such a tranquil natural beauty place, again thanks to Israel we felt safe , my husband is not a confident swimmer but we had life jackets our trip was a half day and there was a basic complimentary lunch. Toilets and facilities were exceptionally clean given the location. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. There are also photos of your experience should you wish to purchase which given what you were doing was responsible in price. Be warned the water is very cold when you 1st get in but you soon get used to it

DOING IT SCARED: I'm 56... - DOING IT SCARED: I'm 56 years younger. And wouldn't have ever done this in my younger years. Ever. I was skeptical this time, but I'm with 2 of my lifelong friends from childhood, so I agreed to join them, and this happened...
Me flying across the property and 🙏🏾 praying the entire time 😱.

Beware very long travel time - Isabelle (guide) and Alex (driver) were great! However, we did not expect to spend 6 hours traveling in a van. We left our resort at 7:00 am and did not return until 7:30 pm. Also, the atv insurance was not explained prior to booking. We were informed at the venue that if we did not purchase atv insurance and were hit by someone else, we would be responsible for damages. We opted not to ride the atvs, due to this statement.

Terrible, disappointing. Not what as expected. - On October 9, 2024, 11 of us went to this adventure. We puchased the premium and was told that we would be in a private cenote for 1 hour plus all you can eat. The guy we talked to said that there will be BBQ, tacos, etc. They did not mention that there will be a tequila tasting for 30 mins. Please do not believe what they are telling you, You will only get 3 tacos no BBQ and 1 drink then you will only stay at the cenote for 20 mins. Plus the private cenote is too far that it will take all your hours. 11 of us are really disappointed.
