Amazing - It was a pleasant day sun was out it made worth the trip. My highlight was the stop by the Viking museum and it was worthed.

I’ve experienced better hop on/off tours - Not the best hop on hop off experience I’ve had. Sunscreen kept sliding back and forth when the bus stopped or turned. Not enough information in the audio narrative.

Disappointed - Unfortunately disappointed with the company. Having a city pass I had no choice of companies and this one does not care about tourists. Buses are a long time coming, moreover I wanted to go full circle to learn information that had an overview at the beginning of the trip I found the information relevant and I wanted to know more so when I went full circle the information was no longer available only one information every 5 minutes they were missing several comparing my first route. I went around for nothing... moreover the company says offer Wi-Fi I confirm that it does not work at all ny cruise which is essential for information because no listening station in the boats taken either to valxholm, under bridges and dronttingholm then if you are not taken with the city pass find another company than stromma

Not worth the money at all. - The lady who sold us the tickets was not very explicit in the ticket options, and we bought the incorrect tickets, and pay for more than what we used. The info guide on the earphones are not very good, music is played all the time, and very basic info are given. The driver does not physically stop at the stop for very long at all. So if you are sitting at the top, you have no time to go down the stairs, and they drive off straight away, very frustrating! I would recommend using public transport instead and make your own tour around the city.

Awful - Bus ran very late, driver was extremely rude and unfriendly. Audio was awful in sound and did not sync up with where the bus actually was. Awful experience.

Don't have signs on the bus stops!! - They don't have signs on the bus stops nor timetables, so you go one place to another trying to find where to wait. Awful, disorganized. I don't recommend it!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - First the good stuff... They provided transportation. That's where it ends. I interacted four separate times and each time I was directly lied to. They market as 24 and 72 hrs. Ticket But they fail to tell you that they only run transportation 10am-5pm and they do not publish time tables. By the time you go to one or two places you can no longer ride the bus or boat. Typically there is an informative audio tour to teach you about the city but this one is ok at best. Maybe a handful of facts. But nothing outstanding. I had used this company in denmark and it was a nightmare there as well. There is a competitor Red Sightseeing. Don't know if they are any better but I can tell you that I saw their buses and boats more often than city sightseeing. It makes me wonder why they both have to be 'red' buses.. is city sightseeing piggybacking off the success of another company? So if you want to waste all your valuable vacation time waiting around bus stops then this is the company for you. Otherwise RUN! Honestly the public transportation is your best bet. If you must use this then buy the city pass. Give your money to another company and get admission to more attractions

Learned nothing of interest from this tour. - We decided to do the 24 hour bus ticket option in one go, hoping we would get an in-depth narrative about Stockholm. Instead we hardly learned anything. There was hardly any commentary as we were passing busy streets, interesting architecture, sights, etc. but we learned nothing about Stockholm. Extremely disappointed. There’s masses of interesting stuff but most the time, the audio narrative was silent. Don’t waste your money with this tour. Like other reviewers have noted, there are hardly any buses and we were passed by several of the red sightseeing busses (although we didn’t do their tour so can’t comment on whether it was interesting or not).

Hop on hop off bus - We waited over 45 minutes for the bus and we were on the bus for only 3 stops. We decided not to waste our time waiting again and paid for Uber to travel to other spots.

Lousy experience, very hot, long wait! - I'm a fan of these buses. I do them every time I travel with this same company but I did very badly in Stockholm. Very bad experience for: 1. They have no air conditioning. Buses have a good part of the route of the tram so they close the bus tent and since they do not turn on the air, in summer it becomes literal as a sauna. In addition, the driver forgot to open the tent when the recording said they would open it. We had to warn him to do it because we were desperate in the heat. 2. Waiting times are eternal. The ratio of this bus to the competition is 1:3. While we waited 40 minutes for a bus, 3 of the competition passed in front of Us. 3. Very poor audio quality. The stories could go deeper and could give us much more information. I was very bored with the service.
