• Washington Park - The tour kicks off at Washington Park, a picturesque 8-acre park located in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Initially established as cemeteries, the city acquired it in the mid-1800s and transformed it into a stunning Victorian park. Today, the park attracts millions of visitors annually, hosting over 300 events each year, including live music, public markets, outdoor fitness classes, children’s activities, and more.

• Cincinnati Music Hall - Built in the mid-1800s by German immigrants, Cincinnati Music Hall is renowned for its haunted history. It is the home of the Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Cincinnati Opera, May Festival Chorus, and the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra.

• Over-The-Rhine - The tour continues through the vibrant heart of this ethnic neighborhood, passing by local shops and restaurants while sharing stories of the German immigrants.

• Central Parkway - Central Parkway is a key thoroughfare in Cincinnati, part of a citywide network envisioned in the 1907 park plan by George Kessler. It follows the former path of the old Miami & Erie Canal and was developed alongside a rapid transit railway intended to run through a tunnel in the old canal bed. However, the subway project was abandoned mid-construction and never completed.

• ArtWorks - Cincinnati is renowned for its murals that narrate the stories of its famous residents, places, and moments. During the tour, the guide will highlight towering, colorful outdoor murals, each with its own unique story.

• Cincinnati - Although this is a walking tour, guests will receive a streetcar map and tips on exploring the city using the free Cincinnati Streetcar if they wish.

Other unique tastings may include an Argentinean empanada, or a slice of NY style pizza. We may feature French macarons or a piece of Lebanese baklava. Or visit to a modern day beer garden for a sample of German delights! The Ethnic Eats Tour begins in beautiful Washington Park, where the heart of Over the Rhine congregates.
