Excellent Tour to Angra dos Reis - Good morning.. I would like to congratulate the guide Aline here.. who yesterday accompanied us on our Tour to Angra.. I just want to say EXCELLENT GUIDE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for her! At all times concerned about everything, giving clear information, animated, etc. The Tour is wonderful and is spoken at all times in English, Spanish and Portuguese, which is very good for the tourist.

Full day at Angra Dos Reis e Ilha Grande Pepe Rio Tours!!! - The tour was well organized and the view of the crystal waters of Angra dos reis e ilha grande was breathtaking. The tour operator was bilingual a d spoke in English too which was really appreciated. We were picked up from our doorstep and taken to Angra dos reis, the islands were amazing. Two things that could have been better are - the washroom in the boat was not cleaned, it would be really helpful especially for women if the washroom could have been cleaned and the buffet included in the trip was given very late and the vegetarian or vegan options were very limited. Other than that everything was amazing.

Beautiful places, but tiring walk. - The places are incredible, magnificent beauty of nature. Already on the bus, more than 20 people complained that the air conditioning wasn't working, it was even difficult to breathe because it was so stuffy. The bizarre thing was that the driver and guide kept saying everything was ok. Until the passengers managed to convince them to open the windows. On the schooner, the problem is the excess of passengers, which, although it is within the vessel's capacity, becomes a horror movie because there are only 2 stairs for +/- 150 people that have approx. 30min to swim at the stopping points. So it's a struggle to disembark and then get back to the schooner. Lunch was served in the back of a restaurant, a very dark place that served cold food with little variety and quality. Tiring, takes a long time, little information about the places visited. Note: extremely bad-tempered driver, guide with minimal desire to help, little effort and friendliness, schooner staff super polite, hard-working and attentive.

Precarious, I do NOT recommend - Really bad, the boat and bus precarious, smell of pichi, no security whatsoever, a lot of dirt, disgust. The wordless beach buffet, I've never seen anything SO horrifying, dirty, unhealthy. I do NOT recommend it at all.

Worst service I've ever had - Yesterday 02/07/2024, I called the agency to close a tour for my birthday. The assistant Miguel was extremely rude and uneducated for free. The message said that I could make the reservation personally at the address, did not need to be something at that moment. He became disproportionately angry, to the point of cheating on me and calling me poor (kkkkkkkk laughing because he is so pathetic). I have never been so distracted in years traveling through Brazil, but thank you for showing him who was early, I avoided a great misfortune, I have as a relief. I hope that the agency takes the appropriate measures with respect to its employees and that consumers pay attention when hiring. An absurd! I'm giving you 1 star because it's as low as possible.

Long day with not much to do - This is a long day. I got picked up at 7:30am and didn’t arrive back to my hotel until 10pm. You spend about 5 hours round trip driving to the location. Then when you get on the boat you are on it for about 5 hours. While on the boat you are with 200 other people. They let you off the boat at 4 locations, but by the time you get off you might have 20 minutes in the water because you have to wait for everyone to get off and back on the boat (you have about 30 minutes-45 minutes at each location). Lunch isn’t until 5 and it’s not great. The tour guide barely spoke English, but she tried her best and made sure that I was aware of what was going on. I’m pretty sure I was the only one on the entire boat who spoke English.
