Unlocking dreams - Everything was beautiful and julienne very kind 10 out of 10, the really beautiful beaches their incredibly beautiful water their phenomenal people, I hope to have the opportunity to come back sometime with my family, I love Brazil is my second time in this beautiful country and I thank God for such a beautiful experience and to be able to live it next to my daughter makes it even more amazing and I ask our lord to keep giving me these opportunities that were always in my mind and my heart, for years, work to fulfill dreams and goals, and I wish that everyone has the opportunity to fulfill their dreams, because when you work hard, disciplined and honestly, eventually come true♥️

Scammers - don't contract with them - Thieves and fraudsters! DON'T BUY TOURS HERE. They canceled me hours early without explanation and ruined my vacation.
We booked a month in advance and planned to be notified 13hs before I was canceled and wanted me to cancel so as not to return the money. A disgrace!

Do not recommend - First if all they canceled our tour and didn't notify us about it. I reached out on WhatsApp and found out when they were late for pick up from the hotel. They offered another tour to Buzios, we agreed because we didn't have anything else scheduled. Absolutely uneventful trip. The time on the bus absolutely was not worth the trip. This trip was supposed to include a boat ride but they just canceled it and didn't offer anything instead. We had booked multiple tours with thus operator and we canceled our last tour because of this poorly managed trip. All we basically did 5 hour drive to Buzios (including pick up time ), lunch , 2 hour walk around city center and a trolley ride around several beaches. Then another 4 hour ride back to a hotel. Guide didn't speak English very well. So no, I do not recommend this tour.

Precarious, I do NOT recommend - Really bad, the boat and bus precarious, smell of pichi, no security whatsoever, a lot of dirt, disgust.
The wordless beach buffet, I've never seen anything SO horrifying, dirty, unhealthy.
I do NOT recommend it at all.

Worst service I've ever had - Yesterday 02/07/2024, I called the agency to close a tour for my birthday. The assistant Miguel was extremely rude and uneducated for free. The message said that I could make the reservation personally at the address, did not need to be something at that moment. He became disproportionately angry, to the point of cheating on me and calling me poor (kkkkkkkk laughing because he is so pathetic). I have never been so distracted in years traveling through Brazil, but thank you for showing him who was early, I avoided a great misfortune, I have as a relief. I hope that the agency takes the appropriate measures with respect to its employees and that consumers pay attention when hiring. An absurd! I'm giving you 1 star because it's as low as possible.

Long day with not much to do - This is a long day. I got picked up at 7:30am and didn’t arrive back to my hotel until 10pm. You spend about 5 hours round trip driving to the location. Then when you get on the boat you are on it for about 5 hours. While on the boat you are with 200 other people. They let you off the boat at 4 locations, but by the time you get off you might have 20 minutes in the water because you have to wait for everyone to get off and back on the boat (you have about 30 minutes-45 minutes at each location). Lunch isn’t until 5 and it’s not great. The tour guide barely spoke English, but she tried her best and made sure that I was aware of what was going on. I’m pretty sure I was the only one on the entire boat who spoke English.
