Great service, fast transfer - Great service, easy to find, fast transfer to city centre. I bought tickets for the 9pm, but against all odds my flight allowed me to catch the 8pm transfer. I was worried we would have to wait over an hour for the 9pm transfer but the staff had no issues letting me and my family get on the 8pm bus. So, if you're like me and you stress out about these things, don't worry, it'll be ok.

Airport transfer / Rome Centre - I recommend for airport/Rome Centre transfer. Passing by fabulous monuments and respecting transfer times.

GREAT FIRST TIME TRANSFER - First ever transfer, we had already booked online from home, after landing we double checked with their help desk to guide us to the pick up point, nice and easy lane 1 boarded coach. Nice relax trip into Rome to the railway station, very comfortable safe ride.

Successful shuttle - The shuttle was pleasant , the driver hyperpro , the comfortable chairs , the ride ultra smooth and at the same time fast, thank you teravision

Great service - Made the tickets online. In Ciampino just outside the arrivals exit there are buses, comfortable clean and on time. I highly recommend

Thief.when getting on the wrong destination bus assume. Repaiment of 9th for the station. While the ticket was - I was at TripAdvisor I paid the bus back not happy you're gonna pay me back the second bus ticket the flight to Italy is not a legend

Worst bus company! Do NOT use it! - This bus company is the worst a person could ever choose! We arrived 10 minutes before our 11 o'clock bus that we had booked tickets for days before that. Not only was the bus 30 minutes late, but there wasn't enough space for everyone. They had overbooked. Somehow people could buy tickets at the place and got on the bus, but those with booked tickets in advance couldn't. Buying tickets online does not help you in any way. You have to wait in line otherwise you loose your spot. The next bus was scheduled for 12 o'clock and we asked specifically if it was going to be late. They said it was going to be on time. Suprise. It wasn't. We left at 12:20 so we basically waited 1,5 hours. I guess they don't care that people have plans and arrangements. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and we didn't get even an apology. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THIS COMPANY! IT'S UNRELIABLE AND YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Surprisingly bad - Never seen something like this - you're not allow to bring anything on board - so if you have a laptop, camera or whatever expensive , you have to leave it down in the bus storage, where everybody throws theirs stuff on your bag and nobody guard that ??? Terrible service, terrible attitude of personal. Don't recommend at all.

Ugly. - A non-service, if I may call it that. I paid for a ticket for a service that I did not take, the bus that was due to leave this morning at 12 noon date 4 January 2025 from Ciampino did not leave and what is worse the "driver was not able to give a new departure time... until the bus was full you do not leave... crazy things... this is called teasing people ... sorry...
