Food Heaven in Tokyo - If there is such a thing as a foodie's paradise, this is it. Fresh, delicious, and a wide variety of flavors. Our guide also explained a lot about the food, so we left satisfied in our stomachs and knowledge!

Fun introduction to Japanese foods and culture - We spent a pleasant morning with Sakura-san exploring the markets. This was just our second day in Japan, and I appreciated her explanations of some of the rituals we are seeing as we visit shrines and temples. She gently encouraged us to try new foods at the markets, but didn't push if we said no to something (for me, it was raw oysters!) We were the only guests booked for the early tour so the experience was more like hanging out with a Japanese friend.

Authentic food adventure - Our guide avoided tourist traps, selected only the best restaurants, and explained the food to us. We visited many places we would never have been able to reach on our own, and our understanding of food also deepened.

So much more than just sushi - I was expecting only fish, but they also had grilled eel, eggs, oysters, wagyu beef, and more. I was stuffed and it was amazing! I also got to explore the little fish market!

My little son is also satisfied - Our guide, Kako, was warm and sociable, and even accommodated our small requests. I was initially hesitant about eating sushi, but Kako showed me around a fresh seafood shop, and I was able to enjoy it with my young son!

Tokyo’ fish market - If you’re looking for a truly authentic experience in Tokyo, this fish market tour is it. Seiya, our guide, took us through narrow alleys and into small local shops and restaurants that most tourists would never find on their own. His knowledge and storytelling made the tour both enjoyable and informative. It felt less like sightseeing and more like discovering the city’s hidden heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a deeper, more personal look at Tokyo’s food culture.
