JonahSophia: mom and only daughter 1st travel to Japan - I had an excellent experience with Abu during my recent tour. He is incredibly nice, polite, and highly educated in history, which made the tour both engaging and informative. Throughout the journey, he made sure I felt safe and comfortable, even when I was traveling alone with my child and the travel agent. Abu listens attentively, shows great empathy, and is genuinely kind. His professionalism and caring attitude truly stand out. I highly recommend him for any future travels and hope to have him as my guide again. Highly recommended

Tokyo experience - I stayed in shibuya this tour guide gave me a reason to want to revisit Tokyo. His knowledge, patience and simple how good he was with my kid who is 9 years old was just beyond what is from a guide. I would highly recommend Maruf as my go to guide. I am so appreciative to have met him, highly recommend.. 5 star

Amazing tour with Erica!! - Our private tour with Erica was amazing!! Definitely a highlight of our time in Japan. Our group was 4 adults and 2 children, and Erica showed us around Tokyo on our first day in town. We visited so many sights and Erica took photos for us the entire time. She also showed us how to get a transportation card and how to use it, which was a huge help. The day we spent with her was rainy and wet, but we still had so much fun exploring the various districts in Tokyo. Erica took us to two great places to eat, and showed us sights we wouldn't have seen on our own. During our time in Japan we had 4 private tours and Erica was unanimously our favorite tour guide! Thank you again :)

Walking Tokyo tour - Nami was a wonderful and delightful guide. The tour was a walking tour which is unusual for me, but we walked approximately 5 miles.

Shinjuku and Asakusa- Japan - Abu met us at the Keio Plaza, introducing us the exciting streets and area of Shinjuku, Godzilla and the three D cat!! and we loved his local knowledge as we toured the shrine at Asakusa and amazing market streets . He introduced us to delicious local snacks and ice cream buns. The highlight were the walk down the local food market street and the early cherry blossoms at the end of our tour . We would not have seen any of this without Abu. So thank you.

Walking tour of Tokyo A++ - My wife and I wanted to see Tokyo - walking as much as possible. Maruf was amazing. He met us at our hotel and planned a day of walking and subway transportation throughout the city. We saw many, many sites in our bucket list and Maruf was extremely flexible when we wanted to explore certain sites longer or skip some super long lines and move to the next part of our adventure. We have toured many international cities and I would rate Maruf and his itinerary among the best. Oh, and we walked 20,000 steps!

Tokyo in a Day with Muraf - We absorbed the culture, traditions and legendary streets of Tokyo! Our guide, Muraf, met us at our hotel and we walked to Ginza Station, where we boarded a subway to Tsukiji. At Tsukiji, we explored the historic Tsukiji Temple and immersed ourselves in the lively atmosphere of the Tsukiji Fish Market, enjoying the sights and aromas of fresh seafood and vibrant food stalls. From there, we took a subway to Akihabara, Tokyo’s famed anime and electronics district. We visited a game shop, browsing unique collectibles and the latest gaming gadgets. Next, we hopped on another subway to Asakusa. Our first stop was the Asakusa Tourist Observatory, where we enjoyed panoramic views of the area. Then, we passed through the iconic Thunder Gate (Kaminarimon) and strolled along the bustling Nakamise Dori, lined with traditional souvenir shops. Arriving at Sensoji Temple, we admired Tokyo's oldest and most significant temple before walking through the charming Happy Street and relaxing at Sumida Riverside Park, with a stunning view of Tokyo Skytree. Afterward, we took a subway to Omotesando and transferred to the Chiyoda Line to reach Meiji Shrine. We made it just in time—only four minutes before closing—allowing us to soak in the tranquility of this sacred site. From Meiji Shrine, we strolled through Takeshita Street, famous for its vibrant youth culture and quirky fashion stores. We then walked towards Shibuya, stopping at Miyashita Park and the lively Shibuya Yokocho, filled with bustling izakayas. In Shibuya, we explored the shopping districts, marveled at the world-famous Shibuya Crossing, and soaked in the city’s electric vibe. Our final stop was Shinjuku, where we wandered through the nostalgic Omoide Yokocho, admired the neon lights of Kabukicho, and wrapped up our evening with a delicious bowl of ramen. Before saying goodbye, we took a short stroll through Golden Gai, a maze of tiny, atmospheric bars. It was a day filled with diverse experiences, blending traditional culture, modern cityscapes, and vibrant nightlife—a true reflection of Tokyo's charm. Thank you, Muraf, for the extraordinary experience we will always remember!

Disappointed in Tokyo - Honestly this was the worst tour I’ve ever had. The guide was a very nice young man, but provided no useful explanations, context or insights. He simply moved me from point A to point B. Very disappointing experience.
