Great Tokyo Tour - The driver was great. Had lots of knowledge about Tokyo and the people. We had lots of time at stop and was not rushed. One of the Best tour. Would recommend highly

Great with young kids - We had a great time with Maz as our driver. He was nice and patient because we have two young kids with us. He even adjusted our tour after we told him we wanted to visit the lucky cat museum (for the kids), which we greatly appreciated. It was a great way to tour Tokyo the day after flying in (and you get a reprieve from the heat in the van).

Perfect for less time see many - It was a amazing trip threw the city of Tokyo. The driver was a really nice man with a lot interesting facts. I had just one day left and with this drive I saw more than I could do on myself

It was amazing the food was good I went with a couple of friends we had yummy fruit and Mochi - It was amazing there was so much to see we had Mochi some fruit on a stick and it had some candy liquid around it and it was amazing. We went on a train and than arrived at the airport and went back to Kalgoolrie

Fun and flexible tour - Khan was very friendly and was helpful in keeping our itinerary on track. He even assisted by making us dinner reservations. Highly recommend this tour!

Excellent Tokyo 1 Day Tour - Excellent guide, service, and quality. Our driver/guide drove very professionally and described various sites including our stop points with detailed knowledge. Very kind and professional guide/driver. Booking process was simple and excellent door to door service.

1 day tour in Tokyo - We had a nice driver who drove safely. But he never told us anything about Tokyo and kept on asking us where we want to go. He never told much time we have at each place. Fortunately we brought the itinerary that Viator has in the tour description.

Disappointing - Our driver got us safely from one place to the next, but certainly was not a “guide” and could not give us much background on the places we visited. He suggested the Fish Market as our first stop but we asked to push that back since we had just had breakfast, and so he dropped us at the Skytree an hour before it opened (and suggested we go to a cafe while we waited for door to open). He told us we didn’t need tickets for the Imperial Palace when he dropped us off, and it was sold out for the day. He was a nice man, but in all honestly we should have mapped out our own plans and just taken Ubers from place to place that we wanted to see.

Not a reliable company - They never showed up to pick up location called and they said 2 minutes but they never did show up guide did not answer messages either
