Fish market and sushi class - We had a great tour with Akiko! First we saw the Tsukiji fish market which was fascinating! Next we had a great sushi making lesson from a wonderful sushi chef at his restaurant. And afterwards we consumed what we made! We even learned to make oragami with Akiko while waiting for our lesson. Touring with Akiko was wonderful! And her English was very good!
