Stunning experience and very professional guide! - The experience was stunning. The guide, Miyu, was super helpful and joyful. She guided us through the imperial garden teaching us about it’s history and architectural heritages. Me and my friend have been looking forward to this experience for quite a time and it did not fail our expectations. Miyu, the guide, also helped us with a lot of questions we had about moving to Japan. Although the rigid climate of the day she still took her time after the tour ended just to help us out. Thank you Miyu-san!

Great tour with Meiko! - What a great tour of the imperial palace gardens. Our tour guide Meiko was so knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour as well. I highly recommend this tour. The gardens are stunning!’

Imperial Gardens tour - This was an excellent tour. Loc was so knowledgeable. He shared a lot of information and explained the history of the area very clearly. He was happy to answer questions and made sure everyone was well looked after. Highly recommend!

Miyu was our tour guide... - Miyu was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable and answered all our group’s questions. Be aware there is a lot of walking on this tour but she was very attentive and made sure we had time to take breaks.

Excellent Guide - We had a fascinating informative tour with Luc. The pace was perfect and Luc was excellent at providing commentary for the parts of the gardens we visited. The only slight disappoinment was the interpretation of the word gardens. We would have described this area more as a park. Beautiful but not a formal garden as we know it. The historical buildings remaining are also reconstruction. So well worth doing the tour with these slight reservations that we had.

Good overview tour of Japan & Tokyo from within the Imperial Gardens - Mei was a fine tour good, with rich history of Japan and Tokyo. This would be a great introductory tour for anyone visiting Japan and Tokyo for the first time.

Very Disappointed in Customer Service - There was an unexpected storm, it was snowing, windy and very cold. The website said we could get a refund for weather but they denied it and said we could only reschedule. Ended up losing the money because we could not attend. Very disappointed!!!
