Kagurazaka, renowned as a thriving geisha district during the Taisho era, still features its stone-paved streets, capturing the essence of old Japan. This area is home to both traditional, long-standing restaurants and trendy cafes favored by the younger generation, creating a unique atmosphere unlike the city center. In this enchanting setting, participants will engage in kumihimo braiding. Using 100% silk threads, they will create a unique braided cord, a special keepsake of their visit.
Furthermore, the tour includes a visit to Tokyo Daijingu, one of the city’s most respected power spots, known for its matchmaking deity. At this iconic shrine, participants will learn the traditional method of prayer and have the opportunity to draw an omikuji (fortune slip) (fee required).
