Seamless pickup - Driver met us at Chitose airport just outside of baggage claim with a sign with my name. He was extremely courteous and a great driver. Car was a midsize sedan (like a Camry), very new and clean.

Should have sent a minivan - The car was too small. He could only fit 2 large suitcases and one backpack in his trunk. We had to put one large suitcase in the back seat and hold other luggage on our laps between the 3 of us. On the bright side, he was on time.
